PEACH COBBLER
I found this peach cobbler recipe on the internet from the Salt Lick Restaurant in Austin, TX. Everyone loves this recipe so much I have to make a double batch! Feel free to cut back on the sugar. Everyone has and the peach cobbler still comes out perfect. :D Personally, I always use two bags of frozen peaches instead of canned.

Steps:
- Pour self-rising flour into large mixing bowl. Add granulated sugar and mix thoroughly. Mix in milk until batter is thoroughly wet yet lumpy. DO NOT OVERMIX!
- Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.
- Cut butter into 4 parts and place in a 9-by-13-inch baking pan. Place in oven until butter is completely melted. Remove pan from oven and pour the batter evenly around the pan. Add peaches to the pan evenly, pouring the peach syrup from one can into the batter. Add a fine dusting of cinnamon to the top of the batter and place the pan in the oven. Bake 45 minutes. Rotate pan and continue to bake 45 minutes more. Remove from oven and spread turbinado across the top of the cobbler. Bake until cobbler top is light golden brown, an additional 10 to 15 minutes. Remove cobbler from oven and allow to cool for 15 minutes. Serve with or without ice cream.
CITY MARKET PEACH COBBLER
A wonderfully tangy peach cobbler that I found in a supplement to the Sunday newspaper years ago. I don't think I've ever served it to anyone who hasn't liked it. The filling is also great for a pie. For a really decadent dessert, serve this with a scoop of Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream! YUM!! The preparation time is approximate since I've never timed it. The cook time includes chill time for the dough.

CAMPFIRE PEACH COBBLER
This dutch oven peach cobbler recipe has been a family classic for 60 years. We prefer peaches, but fresh cherries and berries are fun, too. Almost any fruit would work. Mix and match! -Jackie Wilson, Wellsville, Utah

Steps:
- Prepare campfire or grill for low heat, using 32-40 charcoal briquettes., Line the inside of a 10-in. Dutch oven with heavy-duty foil. In a large bowl, whisk together first 4 ingredients. Add milk and melted butter, stirring just until moistened. Pour into prepared pan., Drain peaches, reserving 1 cup syrup. Arrange peaches over batter; sprinkle with sugar and, if desired, cinnamon. Pour reserved syrup over fruit. Place lid on Dutch oven., When briquettes are covered with white ash, place Dutch oven directly on half of the briquettes. Using long-handled tongs, place remaining briquettes on top of pan lid. Cook 30-40 minutes or until cobbler is set and beginning to brown, using tongs to lift lid carefully when checking. If necessary, cook 5 minutes longer. Remove from heat; let stand, uncovered, 15 minutes before serving.

MAMA'S TEXAS-STYLE PEACH COBBLER
This is very traditional southern comfort food always cooked in a big bowl. My grandmother passed down her 'cobbler bowl' to me that she got from her grandmother.
