These coconut fat bombs are an easy way to make sure you're getting in enough healthy fats!

1 can Coconut Milk
3/4 cup coconut oil
1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
20 drops Liquid Stevia

Steps:

  • Add coconut oil to a large mixing bowl. Microwave for 20 seconds to melt.
  • Add stevia and coconut milk to the warm coconut oil. Mix to combine.
  • Lastly, add coconut flakes and mix.
  • Pour into fat bomb molds and place in the freezer for 1 hour. Enjoy!
  • These fat bombs are best kept in the freezer.

½ cup coconut oil
2 cups unsweetened coconut
2 tablespoons honey
⅓ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Place coconut oil in a large microwave-safe bowl; warm in the microwave, about 1 minute. Stir in coconut, honey, and vanilla extract. Form into balls and place on a freezer-safe plate. Freeze until solid, about 10 minutes.
  • While fat bombs are chilling, melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave, about 1 minute. Drizzle melted chocolate over fat bombs. Return to the freezer until chocolate is set, about 10 minutes more.

½ Teaspoon vanilla bean powder
Pinch of Sea Salt
1-2 Drops of Organic Peppermint Essential Oil
5 Drops of Liquid Stevia, Raw Honey or natural sweetener of choice (optional)

Steps:

  • Process all the ingredients together in a food processor until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into ice cub trays or silicone molds (like these) and freeze.
