LOADED CURLY-FRY NACHOS

Steps:
- Preheat the oven and bake the curly fries according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, toss the cheese and cornstarch together in a small saucepan, then add the half-and-half. Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, until melted and smooth, about 5 minutes. Add a little more half-and-half to loosen the sauce if needed.
- Put the curly fries on a serving plate. Drizzle with the cheese sauce and ranch dressing and sprinkle with the bacon, onions and cilantro. Dot or drizzle with sriracha to taste.
CORN FLAKE NACHOS
This is more a testimony to what happens when 3 guys right out of high-school are living together than an actual recipe. The worst part is when all three work as cooks so don't feel like cooking when they're home, or even going to a grocery store. Parents, when we move out, we really are eating as bad as you thought :)

- Grate cheese and place on top of corn flakes.
- Heat in oven until cheese is melted.

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Spray a skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add corned beef hash and saute until slightly caramelized, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from the heat.
- Cover a metal cooking tray with nacho chips. Cover nacho chips with corned beef hash, Cheddar cheese, and black beans.
- Cook in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and starting to brown and crisp, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with salsa, tomato, onion, sour cream, olives, and jalapenos.

- To make this snack recipe, transfer the corn kernels in a blender and blend corn to a smooth paste. Take a large bowl and mix together all purpose flour, maize flour, corn paste, chilli flakes, salt and oregano. Add lukewarm water and knead it in the form of a stiff dough.
- Divide the dough into equal balls. Dust the kitchen surface with flour and gently roll each ball out into a thin chapatis. Now, using a triangle-shaped cookie cutter, cut triangles from the chapatis.
- Heat enough refined oil in a deep-bottomed pan over medium flame. When the oil is hot enough, add the triangles in it and deep fry the nachos until golden and crisp. Once done, transfer these on a plate lined with absorbent paper. Serve these with with salsa or guacamole, cheesy dips or sauce of your choice to enjoy!
