Ingredients

2 pounds crabmeat
2 ½ cups chopped celery
8 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons celery seed
1 pinch paprika
2 ½ tablespoons white sugar
½ tablespoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning TM
2 teaspoons dried parsley

Steps:

In a large bowl, combine the crabmeat, celery, mayonnaise, celery seed, paprika, sugar, pepper, seafood seasoning and parsley. Mix well and refrigerate until chilled.

Wow! This dip could be used as an appetizer, spread or on a sandwich. It's easy to prepare and the Cajun spice gives it a slight kick!

Ingredients

1 pkg 1.5 lbs package of crab meat ( intimation works fine )
1/4 c ranch dressing
1/2 c mayonnaise/mayo
1 tsp dill relish
1 tsp sweet relish
pinch salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder to taste
1/2 c chopped celery
dash(es) slap your mama or cajun spice and if you like a little some cayenne pepper

Steps:

1. Chop or break up your crab meat placing it into a large bowl.
2. Dice your celery and toss that in with the crab meat. At this time you can add shredded cheese if you want to as I did when I made this with a extra twist.
3. In a small mixing bowl put the rest if the ingredients and blend together. At this time you could add a pinch of cumin or other spices to change the flavor a bit . I have even used a little SLAP YOUR MAMA spice for a little kick .
4. Pour the mixture over the crab and celery mix it all together. Refrigerate until chilled and the flavors will come together tasting like the restaurants made it.

1 lb. frozen cooked large shrimp, thawed, chopped
4 hard-cooked egg whites, chopped
1/2 cup KRAFT Real Mayo
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onions
1-1/2 tsp. minced fresh garlic
1 Tbsp. dried Italian seasoning
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. seafood seasoning blend
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 lb. lump crabmeat, drained
round buttery crackers

Steps:

Combine shrimp, egg whites, mayo, celery, onions, garlic and seasonings. Add crabmeat; mix lightly. Cover.
Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
Spoon about 1 Tbsp. of the shrimp salad onto each cracker just before serving.

4 fluid ounces mayonnaise
1 teaspoon horseradish
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon hot mustard
1 tablespoon buttermilk
1 green onion, very finely chopped
4 sprigs flat leaf parsley
1/2 teaspoon chopped dill
2 tablespoons lemon juice
5 fresh basil leaves
1 dash HP steak sauce or 1 dash Lea & Perrins steak sauce
1 dash white pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 dash Tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon small caper, optional
1 lb lump crabmeat or 1 lb backfin crab meat, picked over

Steps:

Combine all ingredients except crabmeat and mix with a wire whisk.
Add the crabmeat and very carefully toss with the sauce.
It's best if you let it sit for an hour or two before serving.

2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
6 ounces imitation crabmeat, chopped
1 small cucumber, chopped
1 cup (6oz) peeled and deveined cooked shrimp (31-40 per pound)
2 green onions, chopped

Steps:

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water. Cool completely., For dressing, in a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, Old Bay, garlic powder, salt and pepper. In a large bowl, combine crabmeat, shrimp, cucumber and macaroni. Add dressing; gently toss to coat. Refrigerate until serving.
