2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup cornflake crumbs
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons dried minced onion
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 pounds ground pork
SAUCE:
1 can (14 ounces) jellied cranberry sauce
1 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Mix first 8 ingredients. Add pork; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 1-in. meatballs. Place on a greased rack in a 15x10x1-in. pan. Bake until a thermometer reads 160°, 20-25 minutes. Drain meatballs on paper towels. , In a large skillet, cook and stir sauce ingredients over medium heat until blended. Stir in meatballs; heat through.

1/2 cup (from 9.2-ounce jar) cranberry-orange sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 packages (16 ounces each) frozen meatballs, thawed
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients except meatballs and parsley in 2- to 2 1/2-quart slow cooker until well blended. Add cold meatballs.
  • Cover and cook on low heat setting 2 to 3 hours or until thoroughly heated. Stir in parsley.
  • Serve meatballs with cocktail forks or toothpicks. Meatballs will hold on low heat setting up to 2 hours; stir occasionally.

1 bottle (17.5 oz.) KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
1 can (14 oz.) whole berry cranberry sauce

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Cover 2 rimmed baking sheets with foil; spray with cooking spray. Mix meat, stuffing mix, water and eggs just until blended. Shape into 50 (1-1/2-inch) meatballs; place on prepared pans.
  • Bake 16 min. or until done (160ºF). Meanwhile, bring barbecue sauce and cranberry sauce to boil in large saucepan on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Add meatballs to sauce; stir to evenly coat.

1 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons soy sauce
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
⅓ cup ketchup
1 (16 ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce
1 (18 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. (175 degrees C).
  • Mix together the hamburger, bread crumbs, eggs, soy sauce, pepper, garlic powder and ketchup. Form into small balls and bake for 30 minutes.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, combine the cranberry sauce, barbecue sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice. Simmer and stir until smooth. Add meat balls and simmer for I hour. Serve warm.

1 medium onion, finely chopped (1/2 cup)
1/4 cup Progresso™ plain bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 egg
1 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup cranberry-orange sauce (from 9.2-oz jar)

Steps:

Orange zest (for decoration and flavor)

Steps:

  • Throw all of the ingredients in a slow cooker and cook until heated through (about 2-3 hours).
  • Alternatively, throw in an Instant Pot and cook on high for 5 minutes.
  • Mix well and sprinkle with orange zest.
  • Leave Instant Pot on warm or slow cooker on low to serve.

2 cups cranberry sauce
3 cups bbq sauce (I like the noble made classic BBQ brand. It is naturally whole30 compliant. )
30 frozen meatballs (This recipe is intended to be quick! If you would prefer to make your own meatballs, see the recipe below. )
1/4 cup fresh parsley
orange zest
1 pound ground pork
1/2 cup diced onion
1 yolk egg
1/4 cup almond flour
5 cloves garlic
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in a crockpot on how for 3 hours.
  • Preheat the oven to 400.
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Roll the meatballs into 30 little balls.
  • Bake for 15 minutes (remember they do not have to be cooked throughout because they will be going in the crockpot.)
  • Place the BBQ sauce and cranberry sauce in the crockpot on low for 3 hours.
  • Garnish with orange zest or fresh parsley.
