2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice

1/2 cup marinated quartered artichoke hearts, chopped
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Steps:

  • Combine refried beans, cream cheese, salsa, and shredded cheese in a medium-sized microwaveable bowl.
