CREAMY DIABETIC HOT CHOCOLATE MIX (23 CALORIES)
This was a gift from my mother for Christmas - both the recipe and a canister of the mix. It's delicious, good with skim milk added. I don't know where the recipe originated, but it's a lifesaver for me 'cause I LOVE hot chocolate!

- Mix in the Mix 1. Mix 1 tbs dry mix per cup of milk or water. 2. Stir until hot chocolate mix is completely dissolved and well combined. I did it in the pot because I'm making 2 cups!
