Number Of Ingredients 7

2 cups sour cream
1 can (16 ounces) refried beans
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies or jalapenos
1 envelope fiesta ranch dip mix
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend, divided
Sliced ripe olives, chopped, tomatoes, sliced green onions and shredded lettuce, optional
Tortilla chips

Steps:

  • In a shallow 1-1/2-qt. microwave-safe dish, combine the sour cream, beans, chilies and dip mix. Stir in 1 cup cheese. Cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes; stir. , Cover and microwave 1-1/2 minutes longer or until heated through; stir until blended. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Top with the olives, tomatoes, onions and lettuce if desired. Serve with tortilla chips.

Gift tag should read: Combine the Mexican Fiesta Dip Mix with the mayonnaise and sour cream. Stir until well blended. Cover and refrigerate. Dip is better if made 8 hours before serving. Serve with chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables. Cook time is chill time.

2 teaspoons dried parsley
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, plus
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder, plus
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon dried cilantro, plus
1/8 teaspoon dried cilantro
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream

Steps:

  • Combine the dry ingredients and stir until well blended.
  • Place in a 3x4-inch ziplock bag and seal.
  • Attach a gift tag with the directions on how to prepare the dip.
  • To prepare dip:.
  • Combine the Mexican Fiesta Dip Mix with mayonnaise and sour cream.
  • Stir until well blended.
  • Cover and refrigerate.
  • Dip is better if made 8 hours before serving.

2 cups Greek yogurt
1/3 cup diced orange bell pepper
1/2 cup diced, seeded cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons chopped jarred jalapeños or green chiles
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon chipotle powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder or onion salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Sea salt and pepper, to taste
For topping: pico de gallo, jalapeños, cilantro, and cherry tomatoes

Steps:

  • Stir the Greek yogurt with the fresh cilantro, garlic powder, chipotle powder, onion powder, cumin, sea salt, and pepper until well-combined.
  • Gently stir in the bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, jalapeños, and cheddar cheese.
  • Cover and refrigerate the dip for one hour.
  • Put the dip into a serving bowl and top with pico de gallo, jalapeños, cherry tomatoes, and more cilantro. Serve with Mission Organics® Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips, and enjoy!

1 medium to large can refried beans
3 avocados, chopped
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Salt, pepper, to taste
1 large container sour cream
1 chipotle in adobo, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 to 2 cans sliced black olives
6 ounces grated cheddar cheese for garnish
1 package tortilla chips

Steps:

  • Take a large platter and spread out a layer of refried beans on the bottom. Combine the avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper and spread the mixture on top of the beans. Combine the sour cream and chipotle. Spread that mixture on top of the avocado mixture. Chop and combine the green onions, tomatoes and olives. Spread the mixture in a ring around the outside of the platter. Garnish the top with cheddar cheese and serve with tortilla chips.
