Steps:
- Add oil to a large pot over medium high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring throughout until cooked through. Transfer to a dish, cover, and set aside.
- Add butter to pot and stir until melted. Stir in minced garlic and saute until fragrant, about 1 minute. Sprinkle flour over butter and garlic and stir until thickened. Gradually whisk in half and half and chicken broth.
- Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Bring to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes. Stir in parmesan cheese and cream cheese until melted and incorporated.
- Stir in lasagna noodles and chicken. Taste and add more salt and pepper if needed. Garnish with chopped thyme or parsley and parmesan cheese if desired and serve.

- Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large stockpot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat and sauté onion and carrot until softened. 10-12 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant, then sprinkle in flour and stir together for 2-3 minutes, or until flour has a chance to cook. Mixture will be thick. Slowly pour in 6 cups chicken broth, saving the last 1 cup to mix the cornstarch into. Pour cornstarch mixture in as well, stirring everything to combine. Add chicken, beans, lasagna noodles, bay leaves and Italian seasoning to soup, then season generously with salt and pepper. Bring mixture up to a boil, then reduce heat to low and let simmer for 20 minutes, or until noodles are al dente. Remove and discard bay leaves, then stir thawed spinach into the soup. Pour in heavy cream and cook for another 5-10 minutes, or until warmed through. Add grated parmesan, then transfer to serving bowls and enjoy! If you'd like add a dollop of ricotta cheese on top.

- 1. Set your crockpot to high. Melt the butter and flour together, cook 5 minutes. Add the onion, mushrooms, thyme, basil, oregano, and garlic, stirring to combine. Stir in the chicken broth. Add the chicken and season with chili flakes, salt, and pepper. 2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5. Shred the chicken.3. During the last 15 minutes of cooking, crank the heat to high. Stir in the noodles, spinach, and cream. Let cook on high until the noodles are soft. - In 6-quart slow cooker, place chicken, butter, onion, carrots, bell pepper, mushrooms, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
- Pour in chicken broth. Gently stir; cover and cook on High 4 to 5 hours.
- Remove chicken from slow cooker; cut into bite-size pieces. Return chicken to slow cooker.
- In medium bowl, beat half-and-half, cornstarch and 1 cup broth from slow cooker. Add half-and-half mixture, lasagna noodles, beans and spinach to slow cooker. Stir, making sure all noodles are covered in liquid.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook lasagna noodles in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain, and rinse with cold water.
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Cook the onion and garlic in the butter until tender, stirring frequently. Stir in the flour and salt, and simmer until bubbly. Mix in the broth and milk, and boil, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Stir in 2 cups mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Season with the basil, oregano, and ground black pepper. Remove from heat, and set aside.
- Spread 1/3 of the sauce mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Layer with 1/3 of the noodles, the ricotta, and the chicken. Arrange 1/3 of the noodles over the chicken, and layer with 1/3 of the sauce mixture, spinach, and the remaining 2 cups mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Arrange remaining noodles over cheese, and spread remaining sauce evenly over noodles. Sprinkle with parsley and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom and sides of 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. Cook and drain noodles as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, in 2-quart saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat. Cook bell pepper and onions in butter, stirring occasionally, until crisp-tender; remove from heat. Stir in milk, soup, basil and pepper.

- Bring large pot of slightly salted water to boil. Cook noodles 8-10 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water and set aside.
- Shred or cube cooked chicken.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dissolve boullion cube in hot water.
- In large bowl, mix chicken with bullion, cream cheese, and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese (sometimes I also add a dash of garlic salt and Italian seasoning just to give it at little more flavor).
- Spread 1/3 of spaghetti sauce in the bottom of a 9x13" dish. Cover with half of chicken mixture (drop by using 2 spoons) and top with 3 noodles. Repeat. Top with remaining sauce and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese and then top with some fresh Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes in preheated oven.

WHITE SAUCE CHICKEN LASAGNA
A different but tasty spin on lasagne. This recipe is delicious. It's easy to prepare, with the convenience of using ingredients readily available in your pantry. I found the recipe on the internet originally, and have made several changes to suit our tastes. Hope you enjoy it.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a rolling boil.
- Add lasagna noodles to boiling water and place lid tightly back on the pot, immediately turn heat off, don't open the pot for another 10-15 minutes (this produces perfect al dente pasta every time), Drain, and rinse with cold water and set aside.
- While pasta cooks, melt the butter in a large saucepan over low to medium heat and cook the onion and garlic in the butter until tender, stirring frequently.
- In a large bowl, mix together cream of chicken soup, sautéed onions and garlic mixture, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, pepper, poultry seasoning, and 1/4 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese, and all of the cubed chicken.
- In a 9x13 inch casserole dish start layering as follows: place 3 cooked lasagna noodles at bottom of dish, and spread half of the chicken mixture over the noodles, sprinkle 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese and 1/4 cup of mozzarella over the chicken mixture.
- Create another layer by repeating above step.
- Use last 3 noodles to cover the second layer, and spread the entire top of the lasagna with the remaining 1 1/2 cups of shredded mozzarella and remaining 1/4 cup of parmesan.
- When the layering is completed, cover with aluminum foil, making certain that the foil is not touching the top of the lasagna, and bake for 25 minutes @ 350 degree F (175 degrees C)
- Remove foil and continue baking, for another 15-20 minutes or until cheesee browns nicely.
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving, so lasagna can set as cheese cools (I usually let it set overnight, to allow for easier cutting).
- Sprinkle parsley over dish before serving.
