Steps:
- Rebana 1 taza de las fresas; refrigéralas para más tarde. Pica el resto de las fresas; resérvalas. Agrega el agua hirviendo a la gelatina; revuélvela por los menos 2 min. o hasta que quede completamente disuelta. Agrégale al agua fría suficiente hielo para completar 1 taza. Agrégale el agua fría a la gelatina; revuélvela hasta que espese un poco. Retira los hielos que no se hayan derretido.
- Incorpora la cobertura COOL WHIP utilizando un batidor de varillas. Incorpora las fresas. Refrigéralas de 20 a 30 min. o hasta que la mezcla esté bien espesa y se pueda amontonar. Ponla en la base preparada.
- Refrigera la tarta 6 horas o hasta que esté dura. Corónala con las rebanadas de fresa justo antes de servir.

- Coloca las fresas en la licuadora; tápala. Licualas hasta que estén hechas puré; reserva. Incorpora el agua hirviendo a la gelatina en polvo en un tazón mediano y revuelve hasta que se disuelva. Agrega el puré de fresas; mézclalo bien. Refrigéralo durante 45 minutos o hasta que espese ligeramente.
- Agrega el yogur; bate esto con una batidora eléctrica a velocidad baja hasta que esté liviano y esponjoso. Forra el fondo y los lados de una tartera de 9 pulgadas con las galletas de vainilla. Rellénala con la mezcla de gelatina.
- Refrigera la tarta durante 2 horas o hasta que cuaje. Corónala con la cobertura justo antes de servir. Guarda el postre que sobre en el refrigerador.
