CRISPY CAULIFLOWER WINGS
These Baked Cauliflower Wings are the healthy version of a crowd favorite!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine all batter ingredients in a large bowl and whisk until smooth. Add cauliflower and toss well to combine.
- Pour the cauliflower into a large strainer and let sit 5 minutes allowing excess batter to drip off. Gently toss cauliflower in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place on a parchment lined pan and bake 15 minutes. Flip cauliflower and cook 8-10 minutes or until cauliflower is tender-crisp and coating is crispy.
- If desired, toss caulfilower with half of the sauce before serving (I prefer to dip to keep it crispy).
- Serve with remaining sauce for dipping.

- In a very large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, spices, salt and pepper. Stir in plant milk. Depending on the type of flour you use, you may need an extra tablespoon or so of milk to reach the right consistency. The batter should be completely smooth and just slightly thinner than pancake batter.
- Add cauliflower florets into the batter and toss in batter to coat. A flexible spatula works best for this, or use your hands if you don’t mind getting a little messy! The cauliflower doesn’t need to be 100% coated, but we want to distribute the batter evenly so all the florets have batter on them.
