Simple supper of a crock pot meal. Delicious and simple ingredients.

1.5 lb hamburger, cooked (seasoned with salt and pepper)
5 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
4 carrots, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
2 cups frozen corn
1 qt tomato juice

Steps:

  • Place cooked hamburger, potatoes, carrots, celery and corn in a greased crock pot
  • Pour tomato juice on top
  • Cook on high for 5 hours or on low for 8
  • Serve

1 large onion, sliced
4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
0.5 (10 ounce) can milk (soup can)

Steps:

  • Spray crock pot with non stick vegetable spray.
  • Layer potatoes, onions and hamburger until all is used, sprinkling each layer very lightly with salt and pepper.
  • Mix soup and milk together and pour over top.
  • Cook 3 to 4 hours on high.

I just recently purchased 1/2 a beef and have so much hamburger. I needed something else to do with it. I combined a few recipes and came up with this. SO YUMMY!!!

1 lb hamburger, browned and drained
7 -8 small potatoes
1/2 large onion, sliced
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
1 (7/8 ounce) envelope beef gravy mix
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Peel and slice potatoes.
  • Mix soup, milk, gravy & garlic.
  • Spray crockpot.
  • Layer ingredients into pot.
  • Potatoes, onion, hamburger, soup mix.
  • Salt and pepper each layer as you go.
  • Cook 3-4 hours on high or 7-8 hours on low.
  • ENJOY! (We like it with Ketchup).

1 cup frozen peas, thawed and drained
3 medium onions, sliced
2 stalks celery, sliced
garlic salt, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can tomato soup
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can water

Steps:

  • Layer vegetables in order given into slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle each layer with garlic salt, pepper, and salt.
  • Place meat on top of celery.
  • Combine soup and water.
  • Pour over all and cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
