1 ham, pre­-cooked, spiral cut ­bone­in or boneless, either will work
3 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup raw natural honey
1 20-ounce) can pineapple tidbits or chunks, do not drain

Steps:

  • In a large crock pot, over 6quarts or larger, cover the bottom with only 2 cups of the brown sugar. Place ham on top of the brown sugar, open the slices slightly with your hands. Pour the Honey over the ham, evenly. Add the pineapple around the sides (with the juice) and some on top. Top with the remaining 1 1/2 cups of brown sugar, making sure it is evenly distributed over the entire top of the ham. Cover and cook on low for 4 1/2 to ­6 hours. ENJOY!

This ham was a big hit at an Easter party a few years back. I got the recipe and have been making it ever since! It's simple since it only has 3 ingredients, but it's delicious nonetheless! I prefer to leave my ham whole once it's done cooking, but others have said they like to shred the ham into chunks and mix the cooked pineapple with it.

1 (15.25 ounce) can pineapple rings
1 (16 ounce) can cola-flavored carbonated beverage (such as Pepsi®)

Steps:

  • Place ham in slow cooker with the fattier side facing down. Use toothpicks to attach pineapple rings to the ham. Pour juice from the can over the ham. Pour the cola into the slow cooker.
  • Cook on Low 7 to 10 hours.
