Steps:
- In a pan or the insert of your slow cooker heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and saute for 3-4 minutes, add garlic and cook for 1 more minute. Then add diced celery and saute for a few more minutes.
- In the meantime, peel and dice the potatoes.
- Spray slow cooker insert with cooking spray. In cooker, combine sauteed onion mixture, potatoes, and broth. (Instructions for cooking on the stove are below the recipe card)
- Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 7-8 hours.
- Increase heat setting to high. Whisk cornstarch and milk together. Stir into soup. Cook for 15-30 minutes or until thickened. Puree or mash part of the soup if you want a creamier texture.
- Stir in cheese until well melted. Add thyme and adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve topped with sour cream, more cheese, and cooked, crumbled bacon.

- Line 4 1/2- to 5-quart slow cooker with foil. Spray foil with cooking spray.
- In large bowl, mix all ingredients except ketchup. Shape mixture into loaf, and place in center of slow cooker. Spread ketchup over top.
- Cover; cook on Low heat setting 3 to 4 hours or until meat thermometer inserted in center of loaf reads 160°F. Remove meatloaf from slow cooker to serving platter. Cut into pieces to serve.

- Place ham, celery, onion, carrots, potatoes, corn and chicken broth in crock pot. Add salt and pepper to taste. (The ham will provide some salt.) If cooking stovetop, cook until potatoes are done. Turn crock pot to low and cook 3 to 4 hours.
- During last 10 minutes of cooking add evaporated milk. Heat only-do not boil. Str lightly to allow cheese to melt. If a thicker soup is desired, add optional cornstarch after dissolving it in cold water. Smash a few potatoes for thickening.

- Peel and cube potatoes.
- Line the bottom of the crock pot with potatoes.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, ketchup and mustard together.
- Add ground beef, onion soup mix, and stuffing or bread crumbs to the egg mixture and mix all together well.
