CRYSTAL BALL COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Make 2 ice balls using the ice mold according manufacturer's instructions. Alternatively, use ice cubes.
• Combine the cranberry juice, vodka, and schnapps together in a pitcher. Put the ice balls into 2 martini glasses and evenly divide the cocktail between the 2 glasses.

CRYSTAL COLADA

Steps:

• A few days ahead, make the black pepper rum. Tip the peppercorns into the bottle, then pour over the cachaça. Screw on the lid and leave in a dark cupboard for 3-5 days; turn the bottle after 2 days to blend the flavour.
• The night before you want to make the cocktail, pour the pineapple juice into the ice cube tray and freeze.
• Strain the black pepper rum through a sieve lined with muslin or coffee filter paper. Pour 50ml into a cocktail shaker, along with the lime juice, 100ml cachaça and a handful of ice. Shake well until the outside of the glass feels very cold, then strain into four tall glasses. Top up with coconut water, then add the pineapple ice cubes and a straw to serve. Use the remaining black pepper rum - it will keep for 3 weeks - for another round, or drizzle a little over some roasted pineapple with a sprinkle of chopped coriander.

CRYSTAL SPRITZ COCKTAIL RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:

• Make the lemon syrup: Add the lemon juice and sugar to a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, until the sugar is dissolved, then pour into a glass jar to cool. You should have about 1 cup. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Use in other cocktails or add a splash to seltzer for a refreshing drink.
• Make the cocktail: Add the Sauvignon Blanc and 1 ounce lemon syrup to a large wine glass. Fill with ice and use a chopstick or a bar spoon to stir briefly.
• Place the basil leaf on your palm and slap your other hand on top. (This releases the oils in the leaf.) Slide the leaf into the cocktail. Hold the orange peel over the glass with both hands between your thumb and index finger. Twist the peel to release the oils, then rub the peel on the rim of the glass. Slide the peel into the cocktail.
• Top with seltzer and serve.
