CUCUMBER COLLINS RECIPE - (4/5)



Cucumber Collins Recipe - (4/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 1/2 parts Vodka
1/3 Part fresh lemon juice
1/3 part simple syrup
3 parts soda water
2 parts cucmber juice or 6 large chunks of cucmber (peeled and diced)
Cucumber peel to Garnish

Steps:

  • In a mixing glass, muddle together cucmber chunks. Combine vodka, juices, simple syrup and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into a collins or highball glass filled with crushed ice. Top with Soda water and garnish with a long strip of cucumber peel.

1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 ounce simple syrup
2 ounces gin
4 or 5 slices cucumber
Club soda, to top Mint sprig

Steps:

  • In the bottom of a mixing glass, muddle cucumber slices, lemon juice and simple syrup. Add gin, along with ice, and shake. Strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass, then top with soda. Garnish with the mint sprig.
