- Heat oven to 425°F.
- Bake fries as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions; cook 3 to 5 min. or until lightly browned, stirring frequently. Add peas and curry powder; mix well. Cook 1 to 2 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. (If mixture is too dry, stir in 1 Tbsp. water. Stir in remaining water as needed until ingredients are evenly moistened.)
- Remove skillet from heat. Add fries; mix lightly.

Steps:
- Cut potatoes into curly fries using a curly fry cutter, or cut potatoes into regular fries.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Put potatoes in boiling water and boil for 3 minutes. Rinse potatoes off in a colander with cold water. Dry potatoes with paper towels and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. When oven lets you know you are at the correct temperature, combine paprika, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, flour and egg substitute in a small bowl. Add in milk and mix well.
- Pour fries into a large bowl and add seasoning mixture. Mix well. Dump fries onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread around evenly (so they aren't overlapping).
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping every ten minutes so they become nice and crispy.

- Peel the potatoes (optional). Wash them. Pat them dry. Use a crinkle cutter to cut them in slices, then cut them in individual fries.
- Place the fries on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Add the olive oil, salt, and cracked pepper on top. Mix the fries around until they are all coated. I usually fold one side of the parchment paper over and swirl them around (that way I don't have to get my hands or a spoon oily). Lay them flat on the parchment paper without overlapping each other.
