  1. boneless chicken breasts
  2. salt
  3. soy sauce
  4. fresh orange juice
  5. vegetable oil
  6. red pepper flakes
  7. fresh garlic
  8. smooth peanut butter
  9. onions
  10. coriander
  11. turmeric
  12. ginger powder
  13. fresh cilantro
  14. black pepper

Steps:

  1. in a bowl combine all ingredients together mix until well combined
  2. place the chicken in a shallow glass dish and pour the marinade over the chicken
  3. toss to coat
  4. cover and refrigerate for 24 hours
  5. prepare the grill
  6. thread the chicken onto wooden pre-soaked skewers
  7. sprinkle lightly with salt
  8. grill the skewers for about 5-7 minutes or until done
  9. serve hot
  10. delicious
