This is a great dish that can be assembled ahead of time and then put in the refrigerator until you are ready to bake it. It's delicious and creamy and will be a hit wherever you take it!

Steps:
- Combine all the ingredients, except paprika and butter.
- Beat until fluffy.
- Place in a greased casserole dish.

Steps:
- In a large pot of boiling water, cook potatoes for 20 minutes or until tender but not mushy.
- Drain and let cool slightly, peel.
- With a potato masher, mash until smooth, do not use an electric mixer, blend in cream cheese and butter until melted.
- Mix in onions, sour cream, parsley, marjoram, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to 8 inch (2 L) baking dish, smooth top.
- Sprinkle with crumbs, (Casserole can be prepared to this point, covered and refrigerated for up to 2 days or frozen for up to 1 week. Let thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours. Add 10 minutes to baking time.) Bake in 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until heated through and top is lightly golden.

- Preheat oven to 375°. Scrub potatoes; pierce several times with a fork. Brush with oil; sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Place in a foil-lined 15x10x1-in. baking pan; bake 1 to 1-1/4 hours or until tender. Cool slightly., In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in whipping cream and 1/4 cup sour cream. Add 1-1/2 cups cheese; stir until melted. Remove from heat; cover to keep warm., When potatoes are cool enough to handle, cut each potato lengthwise in half. Scoop out pulp and place in a large bowl. Cut 2 potato skin shells into 1-in. pieces; save remaining skins for another use., Mash pulp with the remaining salt and pepper. Stir in cheese mixture, half the bacon and 2 tablespoons green onion. Transfer to a greased 1-1/2-qt. baking dish. Top with the cut-up potato skins. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bacon., Bake until heated through and lightly browned, 30-35 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining green onion. If desired, serve with additional sour cream.

- Place potatoes in a Dutch oven; add water to cover. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cook, uncovered, 10-15 minutes or until tender., Meanwhile, in a skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove to paper towels with a slotted spoon; drain., Drain potatoes; return to pan. Mash potatoes, gradually adding cream cheese, sour cream and butter. Stir in milk and seasonings. - Grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish or 3 quart baking dish with butter. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place cubed potatoes in large stock pan. Cover with cold water and salt well. Bring the potatoes to a rapid boil, then reduce the heat to medium. Simmer until the potatoes are fork tender (the chunks should fall apart easily when pieced with a fork.) Drain the potatoes and return to the hot pan. Place over low heat and simmer until all the moisture has evaporated–about 1-2 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mash hot potatoes with a potato masher. Mix in cream cheese, butter, sour cream, milk, eggs, onion, salt, and pepper. Beat the potato mixture with a hand held mixer until light and fluffy.
