SAVORY OATMEAL AND SOFT-COOKED EGG
Try a savory approach to your morning oatmeal with the addition of a soft-cooked egg and shredded cheddar cheese.

Steps:
- In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup water to a boil. Add oats and pinch of salt; stir, reduce heat, and simmer until tender, about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, heat a small nonstick pan over medium. Coat lightly with cooking spray. Add egg and cook until white is set and yolk is still runny, about 3 minutes. Season egg to taste with salt and pepper. Serve oatmeal in a bowl topped with cheese, egg, and scallion greens.

DIY DINO EGG OATMEAL

Steps:
- Melt 1/4 cup white chocolate chips and 1 tbsp of unsalted butter in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Add 1/4 cup of dinosaur sprinkles to melted mixture and stir until coated.
- Add mixture to plastic baggie and add 1 cup of confectioner's sugar. Shake bag until fully coated and eggs have formed.
- Add 3 cups of instant oats to a large mixing bowl.
- Blend 2 cups of oats in blender until powder. Add to bowl.
- Add 1/2 cup of milk powder to mixture.
- Add 1/2 cup of dark brown sugar to mixture.
- Add a pinch of salt.
- Stir it all up.
- Gently fold in dinosaur eggs
- Either store mixture in concealed containers for later use or prepare with boiling water.
