Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°.
• Pour oil into a 13x9x2-inch pan.
• Tilt pan until bottom is covered with oil.
• Put remaining ingredients into pan; stir with a fork or spoon until blended (about 2 minutes).
• Scrape sides and spread batter evenly in pan.
• Bake at 350° for 35-45 minutes; until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
• Cooled cake may be sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour 13x9-inch pan.
• Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Stir in 1/2 cup pecans. Pour into pan.
• Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.
• For frosting, combine sugar, evaporated milk, egg yolks and butter in medium saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Add coconut, 1 cup pecans and vanilla extract. Stir until thick. Spread on top of cake.

• Mix all ingredients together except for chocolate chips. After thoroughly mixed, stir in chocolate chips.
• Pour into greased bundt pan. Bake for 55-60 minutes.
• Meanwhile, prepare the ganache. Warm the whipped topping in a saucepan or microwave. Place chocolate chips in a bowl. Pour hot whipped topping over chocolate chips and wait a minute to allow the chocolate chips to melt. Mix until smooth. Pour over cooled cake.
