EASTER CANDY COATED POPCORN
Easter Popcorn is absolute perfection in a bowl! Sweet, salty, chocolatey, and just all around delicious! If you are looking for an easy popcorn snack that is perfect for Spring, then this is it. This is also a great kid-friendly recipe that your little ones can help you make.

Steps:
- On a flat surface, lay out a silicone mat or a large piece of wax paper.
- Prepare the popcorn if it's unpopped. Then add it on to the prepared surface.
- Next either melt the chocolate chips using a double boiler or the microwave. If you are using the double boiler method, let the water get to a simmer. Do NOT let it get to a rolling boil. That will be too hot to properly melt the chocolate. Slowly stir the chips occasionally so that they thoroughly melt.
- Once the chocolate is melted, you can either keep in the bowl and drizzle the chocolate all over the popcorn or you can add it to a plastic squeeze bottle by using a funnel and drizzle it that way.
- Then add on your favorite sprinkles and candy. You can also add pretzels or whatever else your family prefers.
- Let the mixture set until the chocolate has hardened. Break apart then enjoy!

Steps:
- Spread the popcorn on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave. Start with 20 seconds... then stir. Do another 10 seconds at a time until it is melted. Careful not to burn the chocolate.
- Drizzle the popcorn with the white chocolate. While the chocolate is still soft sprinkle the M&M's and sprinkles on top, making sure to get it on the areas with the chocolate so it will stick.
- Allow chocolate to harden. Break apart any large pieces and serve.

- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Place popcorn, chocolate eggs, coconut, and almonds together in a large bowl. Toss to combine.
- Pour white chocolate chips into a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until chocolate is melted, stirring every 30 seconds, about 2 minutes. Stir in butter and almond extract until fully melted and incorporated.
- Pour melted chocolate mixture over popcorn mixture and toss to thoroughly coat. Sprinkle in salt; stir. Pour mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Adjust salt to taste.
- Let popcorn cool and harden before serving.
