  1. meatballs
  2. pasta sauce
  3. onion
  4. muenster cheese
  5. hoagie rolls


  1. mix together frozen meatballs , sauce and onion in a crock pot
  2. cover and cook on low 4-6 hours or until meatballs are heated through and onion is tender
  3. place meatballs on rolls and top with cheese
  4. place under broiler for a minute or two to let cheese melt
