Steps:
- In large bowl, combine beef, crumbs, egg, onion, salt and oregano. Stir in 1/2 tomato sauce; set aside.
- Cut 2 pieces of waxed paper 15 inches long. Unroll crescent roll dough and don't separate. Lay end to end on top of wax paper and place second piece of wax paper on top. Now take rolling pin and roll the dough out till it's half the thickness that it was originally .
- Place meat mixture in center and spread out over dough. Sprinkle meat with cheese, bell pepper & mushrooms & top with remaining tomato sauce.
- Roll up meat, jelly-roll fashion, starting at narrow end; use wax paper to help.
- Place seam side down in non-stick 9-1/4-in. x 5-1/2 inches x 2-3/4-in. bread pan.
- Bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes. Drain off any fat that accumulates & then return to oven for 30 minutes.
THE MOST EASY AND DELISH MEATLOAF EVER!
This meatloaf only calls for a few easy ingredients, no chopping whatsoever! If you wish to add ketchup on top, remove the meatloaf at 50 minutes, add ketchup, then return to oven for the remaining 10 minutes.

- Preheat an oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Beat the egg in a mixing bowl, then add the ground beef, tomatoes, and crushed crackers. Season with onion flakes, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly combined. Pack into a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, about 1 hour. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine the beef, egg, onion, milk and bread OR cracker crumbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste and place in a lightly greased 9x5-inch loaf pan, or form into a loaf and place in a lightly greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a separate small bowl, combine the brown sugar, mustard and ketchup. Mix well and pour over the meatloaf.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour.

- Mix beef, onion, stuffing mix, and egg by hand in a bowl. Press beef mixture into prepared pan.

- For filling, mix first 9 ingredients. In a large bowl, combine beaten egg, bread crumbs and salt. Add beef; mix lightly but thoroughly. On a large piece of heavy-duty foil, pat mixture into a 14x8-in. rectangle. Spread filling over top to within 1 in. of edges. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a short side, removing foil as you roll. Seal seam and ends; place on a large plate. Refrigerate, covered, overnight., Preheat oven to 350°. Cut roll into 6 slices. Place on rack in a broiler pan, cut side up. Bake until a thermometer reads 160°, 30-35 minutes. Mix sauce ingredients; serve with meat loaf.

- In a bowl, combine ground beef, sausage, stuffing, egg, 3 tablespoons ketchup and 2 tablespoons steak sauce. Mix well., Pat half of the meat mixture into a 9x5-in. loaf pan. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Layer with tomato, onion, green pepper, mushrooms, ham if desired and Swiss cheese. Cover with remaining meat mixture; press down firmly to seal. - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Mix together ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, 1/2 a chopped onion, milk, Worcestershire sauce in a bowl; season with garlic, Italian seasoning, dry mustard, salt, and black pepper. Transfer the meat mixture to a piece of waxed paper or aluminum foil and flatten to a 1/2-inch thick rectangle.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir yellow onion and mushrooms in melted butter until the onion is translucent and mushrooms soft, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat to cool.
- Spread filling mixture into center of meat rectangle. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over filling, leaving a bit of space at one end for easier rolling and sealing. Pick up the edge of the waxed paper or foil to roll the flattened meat into a log around the filling. Seal the ends and seam and place the loaf into a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until oil from the cheese begins to pool, about 30 minutes. Drain oil and continue baking until the meat is no longer pink in the center, about 30 to 60 minutes more. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

- In a large mixing bowl put the hamburger meat, eggs, stuffing, broth and salt.
- Mix well.
- Place the mixture in a bread loaf pan.

- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- In a large bowl thoroughly combine the beef, pork, and veal.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, and then stir in the milk and oats.
- Pour the egg mixture into the meat mixture and combine thoroughly.
- Add the remaining ingredients and combine again until fully incorporated.
- Form into a loaf in a roasting pan.
- Cover meatloaf with the slices of raw bacon and bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
- Remove to a platter and keep warm while making the mushroom gravy. (Note: Be sure to reserve 1/2 cup drippings for the gravy.).
- For the mushroom gravy: Pour the water into the meatloaf's roasting pan and stir and scrape with a wooden spoon or whisk to loosen the browned bits at the bottom.
- Pour the reserved meatloaf drippings into a 2-quart saucepan and warm over medium heat.
- Gradually stir in the flour until smooth. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is slightly browned, 4 to 5 minutes.
- Slowly stir in the liquid from the roasting pan and cook, stirring, until thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
