- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add egg noodles and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the beef; drain.
- Heat through over medium the beef, spaghetti sauce, corn, chopped onion and cheese.

- In a large skillet, brown beef in oil; drain. Transfer to a 1-1/2-qt. slow cooker. Combine the broth, onion, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, paprika and mustard. Pour over beef. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours, until meat is tender., In a small bowl, combine flour and water until smooth. Gradually stir into beef mixture. Cover and cook on high until thickened, about 30 minutes longer. Serve with noodles.

This version of classic American beef goulash makes an easy one-pot meal for the whole family. We love it.

- Heat a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef in the hot pot until browned and crumbly, about 10 minutes; drain and discard grease. Stir onion and garlic into beef; cook and stir until onion is translucent, about 10 minutes.
- Stir tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, water, sofrito, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, seasoned salt, and bay leaves into beef mixture. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer, stirring occasionally, until flavors blend, about 20 minutes.
- Pour macaroni into beef mixture, cover the pot, and continue simmering until pasta is tender and flavors are completely blended, about 25 minutes. Discard bay leaves.

- In a large saucepan or dutch oven, drizzle olive oil and set it over medium heat.
- Coarsely chop the onion and add to the heated oil; sauté for 1 minute.
- Add ground beef, gently breaking up with a spatula or wooden spoon. Cook for roughly 5 to 6 minutes, or until beef is browned and no longer pink.
- Add the minced garlic, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper. Stir to disperse evenly.
- Stir in the canned tomatoes, tomato sauce and beef broth. Cover and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce to a simmer for 4 minutes.
- Add the elbow macaroni and cook uncovered for 8 to 10 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with parmesan. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
