- In a large nonstick skillet, saute the paprika, thyme, salt, nutmeg, garlic powder and cayenne in oil for 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Add shrimp; saute for 2-3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink, stirring occasionally.

Steps:
- Marinate the prawns with the olive oil and Cajun seasoning. Let sit for about 10 minutes. Place on a hot grill and cook until just pink and opaque. Serve immediately.
CAJUN SHRIMP BAKE RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the Cajun spice mix ingredients and stir to combine.
- In a baking dish, combine potatoes, corn, 2 garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon of oil, and ½ tablespoon of the cajun spice mix.
- Mix until the vegetables are coated evenly with the spice mix. Place butter on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, combine the sausage, shrimp, garlic, oil, and ½ tablespoon of the spice mix. Save the remaining spice mix for future recipes.
- Mix well.
- Add the sausage and shrimp into the same baking dish as the corn and potatoes.
- Bake for another 15 minutes.
- Top with fresh parsley. Serve with lemon wedges and beer!

- In a large saucepan, bring water and salt to a boil. Slowly stir in grits. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook, covered, until thickened, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese and butter until melted; keep warm., Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp, stirring occasionally. Remove with a slotted spoon; drain on paper towels. Cook and stir shrimp in bacon drippings until shrimp turn pink, 3-4 minutes. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. - Pat the shrimp dry. In a medium bowl, mix the shrimp with ½ teaspoon kosher salt, the Cajun seasoning, garlic powder and onion powder.
- In your largest skillet* (cast iron or stainless preferred), heat the olive oil on medium high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 1 to 2 minutes per side until just opaque and cooked through, turning them with tongs. Once cooked through, serve immediately.
EASY SPICY BAKED CAJUN SHRIMP
Whenever I make this for friends I usually triple the recipe, everyone fights over the last shrimp lol! Serve this with a long crusty baguette and lemon wedges. Plan ahead the shrimp needs to marinate for 1 hour. recipe#186029 works great for this!

- Butter a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl combine the oil, Cajun seasoning, lemon juice, parsley, honey and soy sauce.
- Pour over the shrimp and toss to coat; cover and chill for 1 hour.

Steps:
- Chop rosemary finely, using only leaves & set aside.
- Peel & devein shrimp (or cheat like I do and buy it like that already).
- Preheat a large saute pan on medium-high heat and place butter in pan.
- Crush garlic using a garlic press into the saute pan & cook two minutes, until golden in color.
- Sprinkle the Louisiana-style seasoning over shrimp.
- Add shrimp to pan and cook 3-4 minutes.
- Remove shrimp from and cover to keep warm.
- Add remaining ingredients, including rosemary to pan and cook 2-3 minutes until liquid is reduced by half.
- Serve sauce over shrimp.
