Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In large bowl add meat, potatoes, can undrained peas.
- Fold in condensed soup and cheese.
- Turn into glass casserole dish sprayed with nonstick spray.
- Bake in oven for 20 -30 minutes until bubbly and slightly brown on top.

This rich, cheesy side dish is such an excellent meal extender that I always keep it in mind whenever I feel my menu needs a boost. It's a quick and easy casserole to fix, and you can easily double the recipe to feed a larger crowd.

Steps:
- Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. In a small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in the flour, garlic salt and onion salt until smooth. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Reduce heat. Add the cheese, stirring until melted. Stir in the noodles. , Transfer to a greased shallow 1-1/2-qt. baking dish. Toss bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle over top. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Official Contest Entry: Simply Potatoes 5Fix. A one dish combo with a prep time of less than 10 minutes and baking time of 30 minutes. I was taught this recipe from a Hungarian cook over 40 years ago. I love it because it can feed a crowd, if an unexpected guest stops by, just add more potatoes!

Steps:
- Grease a 9x12 glass or metal pan. Place potatoes in bottom.
- Next is the sliced Polish Sausage evenly sprinkled over potatoes.
- Then slice up hard boiled eggs and distribute. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Top with grated cheddar cheese and pour milk over whole casserole.
- Place in a 375 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes -- or until bubbly.
