Easy Cheesy Salsa Chicken Pasta Recipe 485
CHEESY CHICKEN & SALSA SKILLET
I received a booklet from Kraft Foods today which is called "food & family" and this is one of the recipes in it that I am posting here to try at a later date.

Steps:
- Cook pasta as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 2 minutes. Stir in salsa, corn and peppers. Bring to boil. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
- Drain pasta. Add to chicken mixture; mix lightly. Sprinkle with cheese. Remove from heat; cover. Let stand 1 minute or until cheese is melted.

EASY CHEESY CHICKEN WITH PASTA
This is creamy cheesy and really good, not to mention really fast too! you can sub a different pasta for the penne and use cooked turkey in place of chicken.

Steps:
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente; drain and place in a large bowl.
- In a saucepan over medium-low heat cook the Velveeta cheese with sour cream and milk until smooth and the cheese has melted.
- Season with black pepper if desired.
- Pour over the cooked pasta.
- Stir in the chicken; mix well to combine.
- Ladle the mixture into bowl and top with Parmesan cheese if desired.

Pour into 13×9 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. 4. Sprinkle with French Fried Onions. 5. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. 6. Uncover and cook additional 10 minutes.
