EASY ALMOND CHOCOLATE FUDGE
EASY Almond Chocolate Fudge comes together with less than 20 minutes of hands-on time. Only a handful of ingredients, and so much deliciousness!

Steps:
- Prepare an 8x8 baking pan by lining with parchment paper and allowing paper to come up over the sides to create a sling. Set aside.
- In a small saucepan or double boiler, melt the chocolate chips with the coconut milk, maple syrup, 1/3 cup of almond butter, and vanilla extract over medium heat. Stir with a wooden spoon and continue to heat until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in the chopped almonds.
- Using a rubber spatula, pour the fudge into the prepared pan and smooth out evenly.
- Spoon small amounts of the remaining nut butter all over the batter. Using a toothpick, swirl it around in the chocolate to incorporate.
- Place the pan in the fridge and cool for about 2 hours, or until very firm (you can also freeze for about 45 minutes to speed up the process). Remove from fridge and let sit out for 10 minutes before cutting into an even 5x5 grid.
- Store in the fridge for up to 10 days.

- Line a 9-inch baking pan with foil; spray foil with cooking spray.
- In large saucepan, mix powdered sugar, cocoa, and salt. Add almondmilk and buttery sticks. Cook over medium-low heat until buttery sticks melt and mixture is all moistened, stirring frequently. Cook and stir until mixture is smooth.
- Remove from heat. Beat with spoon until mixture loses its shine, about 5 minutes. Stir in almond flavor and almonds.
- Spread in pan. Cool completely, about 2 hours.

My adopted recipe for fudge has reviews submitted that state the fudge did not set up well. I incorporated my recipe using sweetened condensed with this recipe and the fudge was firm and very tasty.

Steps:
- Melt chocolate chips and margarine with sweetened condensed milk over low heat. Remove pan from heat and fold in mini marshmallows and vanilla.
- When mixture is well incorporated spread evenly into wax paper lined 8 or 9 inch square pan.
- Chill 2 hours or until firm.
- When firm turn fudge onto cutting board and remove wax paper. Cut into squares and store leftovers in covered container in refrigerator.

- Grease and line an 8 inch square baking tin with baking or parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, add your chocolate and butter and then place on top of a saucepan filled with about 2 inches (5cm) of water – ensuring the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water below.
- Pop onto a medium-low heat, stirring occasionally until completely melted. Gradually stir in your condensed milk, vanilla and baking soda and gently stir until it all comes together.
- Remove from the heat, throw in your nuts and mix through. Moving quickly as it will begin to set, pour the chocolate mixture into your prepared pan and gently smooth over the top.
