3 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons sugar
1-3/4 cups milk, divided
2 cups whipped topping, divided
1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
1 package (3.9 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
Miniature semisweet chocolate chips, optional

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar and 1 tablespoon milk until smooth. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Spread evenly into crust. , In a small bowl, whisk pudding mix and remaining milk for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Chill until set. , Just before serving, garnish with remaining whipped topping and chocolate chips if desired.

6 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 large egg
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 chocolate crumb pie crust
¼ cup heavy whipping cream
2 (1 ounce) squares semi-sweet baking chocolate

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. Add egg, lemon juice, and vanilla extract; mix well.
  • Arrange raspberries on the bottom of the pie crust and slowly pour cream cheese mixture on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until center is almost set, 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool completely, about 30 minutes.
  • Combine cream and chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring until melted and smooth, 3 to 5 minutes. Pour chocolate glaze over the cooled pie and refrigerate until ready to serve.

  • In a small saucepan, heat chocolate chips and milk over low heat, stirring until melted. Let cool.

4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon milk, cold
1 tablespoon sugar
1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping, thawed, divided
2 9-inch Oreo cookie pie crust, store bought
2 cups milk, cold
2 (3 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix, 4 serving size each

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese, 1 tablespoons milk and sugar in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
  • Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping.
  • Spread onto bottom of crusts.
  • Pour 2 cups milk into another large bowl.
  • Add pudding mixes.
  • Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended (mixture will be thick).
  • Immediately stir in the remaining whipped topping.
  • Spread over cream cheese layer in crusts.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.

4 ounces sweet dark chocolate
1/3 cup milk
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons sugar
1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping, thawed
1 9 inch pie shell, pre-baked (or ready made graham cracker crust, your choice)

Steps:

  • Melt chocolate and 2 Tbsp.
  • of the milk in double boiler over low heat (or in microwave) until chocolate is almost melted.
  • Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  • Beat melted chocolate, cream cheese, sugar and remaining milk with mixer until well blended.
  • Refrigerate about 10 minutes to cool.
  • Gently stir in whipped topping until smooth.
  • Spoon into crust.
  • Place pie in freezer at least 4 hours or until firm.
  • Pie can be garnished with additional whipped topping and chocolate curls, but it tastes terrific plain too.
  • Let it stand at room temperature or in refrigerator about 15 minutes or until pie can be cut easily.
  • Store leftover pie in freezer.
  • (Note, I had my pie in the fridge all day Easter and it was fine).

3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups hershey's semi-sweet miniature chocolate chips, divided
1 extra-serving size packaged graham cracker crumb crust (9 oz)
2 tablespoons whipping cream

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended.
  • Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
  • Stir in 1 2/3 cups chocolate chips; pour into crust.
  • Bake 10 minutes.
  • Without opening oven door, reduce temperature to 250; continue baking 30 minutes or just until set.
  • Remove from oven to wire rack.
  • Cool completely.
  • Cover; refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
  • Place remaining 1/3 cup chips and whipping cream in a small microwave-safe bowl.
  • Microwave at HIGH (100%) 20-30 seconds or just until smooth when stirred.
