- In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar and 1 tablespoon milk until smooth. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Spread evenly into crust. , In a small bowl, whisk pudding mix and remaining milk for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Chill until set. , Just before serving, garnish with remaining whipped topping and chocolate chips if desired.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. Add egg, lemon juice, and vanilla extract; mix well.
- Arrange raspberries on the bottom of the pie crust and slowly pour cream cheese mixture on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until center is almost set, 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool completely, about 30 minutes.
- Combine cream and chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring until melted and smooth, 3 to 5 minutes. Pour chocolate glaze over the cooled pie and refrigerate until ready to serve.

- Beat cream cheese, 1 tablespoons milk and sugar in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
- Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping.
- Spread onto bottom of crusts.
- Pour 2 cups milk into another large bowl.
- Add pudding mixes.
- Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended (mixture will be thick).
- Immediately stir in the remaining whipped topping.
- Spread over cream cheese layer in crusts.

Steps:
- Melt chocolate and 2 Tbsp.
- of the milk in double boiler over low heat (or in microwave) until chocolate is almost melted.
- Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
- Beat melted chocolate, cream cheese, sugar and remaining milk with mixer until well blended.
- Refrigerate about 10 minutes to cool.
- Gently stir in whipped topping until smooth.
- Spoon into crust.
- Place pie in freezer at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Pie can be garnished with additional whipped topping and chocolate curls, but it tastes terrific plain too.
- Let it stand at room temperature or in refrigerator about 15 minutes or until pie can be cut easily.
- Store leftover pie in freezer.
- (Note, I had my pie in the fridge all day Easter and it was fine).

- Heat oven to 450.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended.
- Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
- Stir in 1 2/3 cups chocolate chips; pour into crust.
- Bake 10 minutes.
- Without opening oven door, reduce temperature to 250; continue baking 30 minutes or just until set.
- Remove from oven to wire rack.
- Cool completely.
- Cover; refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
- Place remaining 1/3 cup chips and whipping cream in a small microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave at HIGH (100%) 20-30 seconds or just until smooth when stirred.
