2 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 pound cooked bacon, cut into pieces
8 eggs
1 cup heavy whipping cream
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (12 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese, divided

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef with garlic and onion powder until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease.
  • Spread beef onto the bottom of a 9x13-inch casserole pan. Stir in bacon pieces.
  • Whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until well combined. Stir in 8 ounces Cheddar cheese.
  • Pour egg mixture over the beef and bacon. Top with the remaining 4 ounces cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown on top, 30 to 35 minutes.

This Keto Cheeseburger Casserole with bacon is one of my favorite easy recipes. It's a great meal prep recipe and will be done in 30 minutes. Low Carb & Gluten-Free too!

2 lb ground beef
¼ cup chopped onion
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
4 oz cream cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided in half)
8 slices bacon, chopped

Steps:

  • Cook the bacon. Follow the instructions on How to Bake Bacon in the Oven. Once the bacon is cooked, then cut into small pieces. Set aside.
  • Chop the onions, then shred the cheddar cheese. Set them both aside.
  • In a large frying pan or dutch oven add the olive oil and turn heat onto medium-high. Add the onions and saute for a minute or two. Add the ground beef and cook for about 5-8 minutes. Add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Stir together.
  • Now add the cream cheese and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Stir together letting the cream cheese and cheddar melt into the ground beef.
  • Add in the chopped bacon and stir until combined.
  • Transfer the meat mixture into a casserole dish then top with remaining cheese.
  • Place in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling.

Easy Keto Low-Carb Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole is a simple ground beef recipe that resembles a hamburger pie! With only 2 grams of carbs, this dish is loaded up with creamy, melted cheese, cream cheese mustard, worcestershire sauce for burger flavor. You can even serve this dish for breakfast.

1 pound Butcher Box ground beef
1 cup onion (chopped)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
2 oz cream cheese
2 eggs
1-2 tablespoons mustard (I used 1 tablespoon)
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese (divided)
1 teaspoon Burger Seasoning (I like Weber Burger Seasoning or McCormick's Grill Mates Burger Seasoning)
salt and pepper to taste
3 slices Butcher Box bacon (cooked and crumbled, add more if you like!)
1 kosher pickle, cut into pieces (Add more pickles if you are a pickle lover!)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place the Butcher Box ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic, onions, burger seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste.. Using a spatula, break the ground beef into chunks.
  • Add the worcestershire sauce and cream cheese. Cook until the ground beef is no longer pink and the cream cheese has melted.
  • Remove the skillet from heat.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the eggs, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese, heavy cream, and mustard.
  • Spray an 8 x 11 or 9x9 baking dish (I used 8 x11) with oil or cooking spray. Pour the ground beef mixture into the dish. Sprinkle the Butcher Box bacon and sliced pickles throughout.
  • Drizzle the liquid mixture on top.
  • Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheddar and 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese begins to bubble. Mine was ready around 17.
  • Cool before serving.

1 pound ground beef
½ cup diced onion
2 cloves garlic cloves, pressed
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons diced dill pickles
½ tablespoon mustard

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a baking dish with butter.
  • Cook ground beef and onion in a large, nonstick skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and onions are soft and translucent, 5 to 10 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese until well combined.
  • Remove from heat. Add ketchup, mayonnaise, pickles, and mustard. Transfer mixture to buttered baking dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted, 7 to 10 minutes.
