Steps:
- Add the all purpose flour, yeast and sea salt to a large mixing bowl or your kitchen aid mixer. Mix in the water and stir well until incorporated. Cover the bowl loosely with a kitchen towel or plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours. ( you may leave it overnight as well but it is not necessary )
- After about 2 hours check the dough and you should notice the surface dotted with bubbles. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and sprinkle it with a little flour. Shape it into a round loaf by folding it over on itself a few times. NO KNEADING Allowed!
- Meanwhile preheat your oven to 450"F with a pizza stone inside. I If you don't have a pizza stone preheat a cast iron dutch oven with the lid on instead). Place a baking dish with a couple of inches of water in it on the bottom rack to help create steam inside the oven for a crispy crust.
- Sprinkle a pizza peel or a cardboard box with some flour and place the bread loaf on top. Allow it to rest for 45 minutes while the oven warms up. Using a serrated knife make a few slits on top of the loaf.
- Sprinkle the pizza stone with a little bit of the semolina flour then gently slide the bread dough onto it just like you would do with a pizza. Cook for about 30 minutes until golden brown. Transfer to a cooling rack and allow to cool down before slicing. For an even crispier crust allow to bread to cool inside of the oven with the door slightly open.

Steps:
- in a large bowl mix together flour, salt, and yeast, and form a well in the bottom.
- pour in water and add the oil.
- with a wooden spoon slowly pull the flour into the liquid until it's fully adsorbed.
- work it into a ball with your hands and place on a floured work surface.
- the dough should be tacky but not hopelessly sticky. sprinkle flour on the work surface and hands if needed; continue to knead the dough for 5-10 minutes or until the dough becomes elastic.
- rinse and grease the large bowl, then place the dough back in it. cover lightly with damp cloth or plastic wrap. let rise in warm place (i usually turn on my oven and place the dough on the stove above it) until double in size (about 1 to 1-1/2 hours).
- turn dough back out onto floured surface. punch down and kneed slightly to work out air bubbles.
- divide the dough in half, form round loaves and place on lightly oiled pans. preheat oven to 375F and let dough rise 20 more minutes.
- bake 30-40 min until crusts golden. you can also throw 1/2 C of water on the bottom coils 10 minutes in for "crustier" bread.

- Place the bread onto a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 400F.
- Cut slits into your baguette about ½ inch apart, but do not cut all the way through. You should be able to pick up the bread and have it stay together. Place the baguette on a large piece of foil.
- In a small bowl, cream together vegan butter, olive oil, grated garlic, and parsley.
- Using a pastry brush (a butter knife works too), add the garlic mixture inside each slit you cut, as well as the top of the baguette.
- If you're using vegan cheese slices, place bits of cheese slices into each slit. If you are using vegan cheese shreds, stuff each slit with cheese shreds.
- Optional: Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top.
- Wrap up the baguette(s) with foil and bake for 10-15 mins or until the cheese has melted.
- Open the foil up to expose the top, and bake for roughly 5 mins more, or until the top is slightly browned and crispy.
- Serve right away. I recommend serving with my vegan tomato pasta dish or vegan spaghetti and meatballs

Steps:
- This recipe comes together quite quickly, so preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (or 190 degrees Celsius) before you begin.
- I highly recommend using a microplane to grate your garlic (or the fine side of a box grater), but you can also mince it. Grating it turns the garlic almost into a paste, which helps it blend well with the other ingredients and coat the bread more evenly.
- Grate the vegan Parmesan cheese if not already grated (some comes that way).
- Melt the butter in a medium bowl. If using coconut milk, you want the white part of the canned coconut milk, not the clear stuff at the bottom.
- Mix together the melted vegan butter (or coconut milk), garlic, vegan Parmesan, herbs, and salt/pepper (if desired).
- bread: Using a serrated knife, slice the bread in 1-inch sections, but don't cut all the way through. Think of it like a hasselback potato. Slice it most of the way down. This will help the butter from seeping out during the baking process, and keep all that delicious flavor inside the vegan garlic bread. Place the loaf on a very large sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil (use enough to wrap the entire baguette).
- Using a small spatula or spoon, add a generous amount of the mixture into each crevice of the bread, spreading it around the inside walls of each slice. It may help for someone else to hold open each piece, but it can be done alone too. If you have any leftover butter mixture, use your hands or a basting brush to rub it all over the outside of the bread.
- Wrap the bread up completely, place on a large tray (diagonally if you have to) and bake in a 375 F (or 190 C) oven for 5 minutes covered. Then remove the tray, carefully unwrap the edges, and bake for 5 minutes or until crispy to your liking. We like our garlic bread on the softer side.
- For really crispy garlic bread, try broiling these for a minute or two--follow the directions that came with your oven and make sure to use a pan meant for broiling.
- Serve and enjoy!
- Refrigerate leftover garlic bread in an airtight container (or you can wrap it in the foil it was baked in) for up to 3 days. Reheat in an oven or toaster oven.

- In a small saucepan, combine maple syrup, oil and almond milk. Heat over low heat until barely warm to the touch.
- Pour into a large bowl with the warm water and yeast and mix with a wooden spoon or dough whisk until just combined. In a separate bowl, stir together whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, oats and kosher salt. Add the flours and oats to the bowl and stir with the spoon until just combined. Turn the dough out onto a clean, lightly floured countertop and form the dough into a ball.
- Knead the dough by pushing with the base of your palm, then reforming it into a ball. Continue kneading for 8 minutes until the dough feels pillowy and has a smooth, stretchy exterior. If the dough is very sticky, add a small amount of flour while kneading. Alternatively: attach the dough hook to a stand mixer and start the mixer on medium-low speed, then allow the mixer to knead for 8 minutes.
- Place the dough ball in a clean bowl and cover with a clean dish towel. Allow the dough to stand in a warm place (proof) until it rises to double in size, about 45 minutes to an 1 hour.

- Measure out warm water (3/4 cup as original recipe is written // ~110 degrees F or 43 C to properly activate yeast) and add yeast and sugar. Stir and set aside until frothy and foamy - about 10 minutes.
- Once the yeast mixture is foaming, add the vegan yogurt and oil* and stir to combine. Add to dry ingredients and use a fork to mix - the dough will be sticky.
- Turn onto a floured surface and add just enough flour to gently knead for 5 turns and form into a loose ball. Place back in mixing bowl and rub with a bit more oil and turn to coat. Cover with a damp towel or plastic wrap and set in a warm place for at least 2 hours (up to 4 hours). (I like setting it in a sunny spot in the kitchen or in the laundry room.)
