CHILI GARLIC EDAMAME
Chili Garlic Edamame-an easy, quick 10 minutes snack. Made with a wonderful chili paste and garlic sauce to coat the steamed edamame, it's healthy, spicy and addictive!

Steps:
- In a small fry pan on medium low heat add the sesame oil and garlic. Sauté for several minutes until a golden brown, do not burn. Remove pan from heat and cool.
- In a medium bowl mix together the sautéed garlic, liquid coconut amino (or soy sauce) and chili paste.
- Steam edamame in a microwave safe bowl for 3 minutes. Add the warmed edamame to the garlic chili sauce and toss to coat. Season with sesame seeds and sea salt. Serve warm.

- Cook 1 pound frozen edamame in the pods in salted boiling water until tender, 5 minutes; drain. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes and 2 sliced garlic cloves in a skillet over medium heat, 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in the edamame, some lime juice and salt.

GARLIC AND CHILE EDAMAME
Spicy edamame with garlic crispy garlic and chile.

Steps:
- Bring a medium pot of water to boil and add about 1 tablespoon of salt.
- Cook frozen edamame in the salted boiling water for about 5 minutes or according to the package instructions.
- Meanwhile, heat a skillet on medium heat and slice garlic cloves into thin slices. When skillet is hot add olive oil, garlic slices and red chile pepper flakes. Cook garlic until lightly browned, stirring constantly, about 1-2 minutes. Remove pan from heat to stop cooking and avoid burning the garlic.
- Drain cooked edamame and add them to the skillet along with NAKANO Roasted Garlic Vinegar.
- Toss everything together so edamame are evenly coated. Then transfer to a bowl.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and serve immediately.

Steps:
- Add canola oil to wok or deep sided frying pan over medium high heat.
- When hot but not smoking add garlic and chili flakes and stir fry for about 30 seconds until garlic just starts to turn golden brown.
- Lower heat to Medium and add already cooked edamame. Stir fry until well coated and warm, about 1 minute.
- Add soy sauce and stir until mixed, about 30 seconds.
- Add salt to taste.
- Serve in a big bowl. Eat beans by pulling shell gently through teeth.
- Don't forget to eat the garlic!
