EASIEST CHICKEN MACARONI CASSEROLE
I found this recipe while browsing through my Betty Crocker cookbook and thought it sounded tasty. I love that you don't have to pre-cook the pasta. The original recipe called for curry powder but I also like it with chili powder for something totally different (if using chili powder, you will want to double the amount). Also a good use for that leftover holiday turkey!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix all ingredients together in an ungreased 11"x7" casserole dish.
- Cover and bake until macaroni is tender, about 55 minutes.

MACARONI AND CHEESE SOUP WITH CHICKEN
COMFORT FOOD!! A creamy cheese soup which will satisfy big appetites! There is a hug in every spoonful! Noodles, cheese and veggies all add to the goodness of this soup.

Steps:
- Boil macaroni noodles in unsalted water until tender. Drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in a large saucepan. Add carrots, celery and onion. Sautee lightly for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a large dutch oven, combine milk and cheese. Simmer on low heat just until cheese melts. Add chicken broth slowly.
- In a small bowl combine cornstarch in water until a smooth paste; stir slowly into milk mixture. Cook until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Boil 1 minute stirring constantly.
- Into dutch oven stir in chicken, macaroni noodles, vegetable mixture, corn and peas. Simmer 2-3 minutes until heated thoroughly.
- Ladle and sprinkle with cheese. Serve and enjoy!

CREAMY MACARONI CHICKEN SOUP (SOPAS)
A filipino soup favorite made with elbow macaroni, milk and butter. This is perfect anytime you feel like having soup.

Steps:
- Boil water in a pot, add chicken until cooked and set aside.
- In med heat, add the butter, onion, garlic and carrots.
- Add elbow macaroni, raise the heat to high, stirring often until macaroni is cooked.
- Add back the chicken and Knorr Chicken Cube to boil and simmer.
- Stir in evaporated milk to boil and simmer.
- Season with salt and pepper or fish sauce.
