EVERYDAY MASHED POTATOES
You can make these easy mashed potatoes up to 1 day ahead. Reheat at 350 degrees in a foil-covered baking dish for 10 to 20 minutes.

Steps:
- In a large pot, cover potatoes by 2 inches with salted water. Bring to a boil; reduce to a simmer and cook until potatoes are tender, about 12 minutes. Drain thoroughly and return to pot; mash with a fork or potato masher until potatoes reach desired texture.
- Over low heat, add butter and stir until melted. Continue to cook, stirring constantly, until potatoes are stiff, about 1 minute. Gradually stir in 1 cup milk, adding up to cup more if needed. Season potatoes with salt and pepper.

EVERYDAY POTATOES
You can eat these potatoes with breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even on their on. Flavorful and simple, I'm sure you will love them, everyone i made them for does. This recipe came about when i was bored, and i just started adding things together, and people started to eat it, and i thought that was great. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Cut potatoes into medium sized chunks, make sure that they are clean before they enter skillet. Rinse well!
- heat skillet on medium low, and add olive oil or butter.
- once potatoes are clean and skillet is hot, add potatoes into the skillet.
- If you are using bacon or any other meat, cook your potatoes for about 5 mins, remove potatoes, and add your bacon, cook for about 2-3 mins, then add bell pepper, and onion. cook for about 3 mins, and add potatoes back.
- add Adobo, sazon, garlic powder, and pepper. Stir so that it can be distributed evenly.
- Cook for about 5 mins, then add chili powder.
- Add water, and cover, let simmer for about 10 mins or until potatoes are tender. If you like spicy food, then add chili flakes or whatever spicy ingredients you like before of course you cover up and start to simmer potatoes.
- If you like somewhat hard, crispy potates, you can exclude the water and just cook for about 10 mins or until done.
- Then serve with favorite beverage(s) and enjoy!
