SPEEDY NUWAVE HAMBURGER PIE

Steps:

• In a large skillet over medium high heat add the onion and ground beef. Brown and drain off any excess fat. About 5 minutes. Add the green beans and tomato soup. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat. Simmer for about 8 or 9 minutes. Transfer the mixture into a suitably sized baking dish . Spoon the mashed potatoes and spread over the top of the meat mixture. Top with the grated cheese. Bake on high in a NuWave or FlavorWave oven for 15 minutes or until heated through. Let stand for 5 minutes before removing from the oven and serving. A can of biscuits can be substituted for the mashed potatoes if desired. Just separate the biscuits, arrange over the meat mixture and sprinkle with cheese and bake for up to 20 minutes.

FAST HAMBURGER PIE - NUWAVE OVEN/FLAVORWAVE

Steps:

• Brown ground beef, drain.
• Add green beans, onions and tomato soup. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
• Pour mixture in a 2 quart baking dish, spoon mashed potatoes to top and top with cheese - bake in Nuwave for 18 minutes.
• You may substitute mash potatoes with a can of biscuits - separate biscuits - cut in quarters place on top of burger mixture and sprinkle with cheese , bake for 17 to 19 minutes or until cheese is melted and biscuits are brown.
• Let stand 5 minutes.

FRITA CUBANA-(CUBAN HAMBURGERS)-NUWAVE/FLAVORWAVE

Steps:

• Mix all ingredients and form into patties. Cook on the 1 inch rack on HI for 5 -8 minuted depending on how cooked you like it.
• Serve on a traditional American hamburger bun.
• Makes four quarter pounders or six to eight standard patties.

EGG OMELETTE - NUWAVE OVEN/FLAVORWAVE

Steps:

• Whisk eggs, salt & Pepper and milk or water in a small bowl.
• Saute ham, onion and pepper in 10" non-stick baking pan.
• Cook eggs in small circular dish for 10 minutes on Hi on 1" rack stir half way.
• When egg is cooked, place ham, onion and pepper inside of egg mixture, fold egg over omlette style.
• Place cheese on top and put on 4" rack for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted.
