1 lb stewing beef
1 large onion
2 -3 carrots, cut up
1 cup tomato juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons tapioca
1 tablespoon sugar

Steps:

Line pan with oubrowned meat.
Add vegetables.
Sprinkle with salt pepper sugar and tapioca.
Add juice cover with foil.
Cook at 300 degrees for 4 hours.

Hershey's chocolate kisses (any variety- I personally like the caramel kisses)
Hershey's chocolate hugs
hot cocoa mix packet or 1/4 cup cocoa mix
miniature marshmallow (snowman dumplings)
candy cane (magic stirring stick)
small gift bags, ties, curling ribbon
hot cocoa mug
hot glue gun

Steps:

Print out the Magic Snowman Stew PDF and cut out the poem and the individual labels. Put each item included into the Snowman Stew into their own separate bag and tie them with curling ribbon.
