Fiesta Turkey Chili Dip Recipes

FIESTA DIP

Steps:

• In a shallow 1-1/2-qt. microwave-safe dish, combine the sour cream, beans, chilies and dip mix. Stir in 1 cup cheese. Cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes; stir. , Cover and microwave 1-1/2 minutes longer or until heated through; stir until blended. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Top with the olives, tomatoes, onions and lettuce if desired. Serve with tortilla chips.

CHICKEN FIESTA CHILI DIP

Steps:

• Mix ingredients in 2-qt. microwaveable bowl.
• Microwave on HIGH 6 to 8 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is blended, stirring every 3 min.
• Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers or assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.

FIESTA STEAK CHILI

Steps:

• Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Cook and stir steak and ground black pepper in hot oil until browned on all sides, 5 to 10 minutes.
• Stir onions into beef; saute until onions are translucent, 3 to 4 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
• Stir green bell peppers, yellow bell pepper, and red bell pepper into beef mixture one pepper at a time. Cook and stir until fragrant, 3 to 5 minutes.
• Pour diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, corn, and tomato sauce into beef-pepper mixture. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until flavors blend and meat is tender, about 1 hour.

FIESTA RANCH GREEN CHILE DIP

Steps:

• Combine dip mix with sour cream.
• Stir in chiles, olives and cheese.
• Serve with chips, vegetables or crackers.

MEXICAN FIESTA DIP

Steps:

• In a nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, cook turkey until no longer pink; drain if necessary. Stir in taco seasoning and water; cook and stir for 2-4 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated. , Spread refried beans on a 12-in. serving platter. Top with the turkey, lettuce, salsa, cheese, jalapenos, sour cream and olives. Serve with chips.

MEXICAN CHILI DIP

Steps:

• In 2-quart saucepan, cook onion, garlic and water over medium heat 2 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender and water has evaporated.
• Stir in tomatoes, chiles, salt, chili powder and ground red pepper. Cook about 2 minutes until hot, stirring occasionally.
• Reduce heat to medium-low. Add cheeses; cook, stirring constantly, just until melted. Sprinkle with chili powder. Serve with cut-up fresh vegetables.

CHIPOTLE FIESTA CHILI

Steps:

• Cook ground turkey and onion in a medium saucepan over medium heat; cook and stir until turkey is no longer pink and cooked through. Stir in garlic, chili powder, chipotle peppers with adobo sauce; stir until turkey is coated and fragrant. Drain excess fat from pan. Transfer mixture to a bowl.
• Using the same saucepan, prepare Knorr® Fiesta Sides™ - Spanish Rice according to package instructions. When the rice is cooked, add the ground turkey mixture, tomatoes, and green chiles; stir until heated through. Serve, if desired, with chopped cilantro, onion and/or shredded cheese.

FIESTA TURKEY CHILI DIP

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350 degrees. Coat 1 1/2 quart baking dish with cooking spray.
• Heat skillet over medium-heat heat and coat with cooking spray, add turkey and salt. Cook, breaking meat into small pieces, until cooked through (5 to 7 minutes). Stir in chili powder, cumin, veggie chili, corn, scallions and salsa. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes. Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish. Sprinkle cheese evenly over top and bake for 20-25 minutes, until cheese melts and turkey mixture is bubbling.
