1/4 cup soymilk (or other nondairy milk, I use flax milk)
1/2 cup raisins

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Steps:

  • Drop in rounded tablespoons on a parchment covered cookie sheet (or lightly grease/spray the cookie sheet).
  • Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes, until they hold together and begin to brown.
  • Store in an airtight container.

1/8 teaspoon clove
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon molasses
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 cup walnuts
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 cups oatmeal
2 1/2 cups flour

Steps:

  • Peel, core and microwave apples for two minutes on high. Mash apples and bananas then mix with remaining ingredients. Drop by tablespoon onto prepared cookie sheet (coated with non-stick spray) and press in a criss-cross fashion with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for one minute then remove from baking sheet.
