Frappé Foamy Iced Coffee Recipes

GREEK FRAPPE COFFEE (ICED COFFEE) RECIPE

Steps:

• To prepare this Greek frappe coffee recipe, first of all get a tall glass, a teaspoon and an electric whizzer.
• Then add the instant coffee (Nescafe), sugar and about 2-3 tbsp's of cold water. You want just enough to cover the coffee and then add one tbsp more.
• Whiz the mixture until a thick, creamy foam is produced.
• Pour the mixture into the serving glass.
• Then add 3 ice cubes and the evaporated milk if you like.
• Fill up the glass with cold water and serve with a drinking straw.

FRAPPé

Steps:

• Pour the coffee into a blender with the milk and two or three handfuls of ice. Add as much sugar syrup as you like, starting with a small amount - you can always stir more in at the end if you'd like it sweeter.
• Blend until foamy and the ice is broken into slush. Pour into a glass and add a scoop of ice cream or some whipped cream, if you like.

FRAPPé (FOAMY ICED COFFEE) RECIPE

Steps:

• In a cocktail shaker or jar, add 2 tablespoons of water, the instant coffee, and sugar (if using). Cover and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
• Add 1 cup of ice cubes to the shaker or jar. Cover and shake again for 30 seconds. Pour the foam and ice into a tall glass. Add more water, ice, and milk if desired. Serve right away.
