Steps:
- Make your dough, or thaw your store bough dough. Spray pans with non-stick spray. Then preheat the oven to 425 degrees F and roll it out to fit your pizza pans. Brush with about 1 teaspoon oil and bake for 10-12 minutes. You want it baked about half way through. It will look dry on top but won't be browned.
- Set aside and let cool to room temperature (15-30 minutes).
- Spread your sauce on, top with your meat and cheese.
- Wrap it in plastic wrap and then tin foil to protect from freezer burn.
- Label it with the name and when it was made! Include the baking instructions: "Bake at 425 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown."
- Freeze it up to 3 months.
- When ready to serve, heat oven to 425 degrees F and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
SUPER PIZZA SUBS
My husband loves this zippy pizza sub sandwich. Italian sausage, pepperoni and salami provide the robust flavors in this family-pleasing fare. If you'd like, serve the crispy subs with extra pizza sauce for dipping. -Kathy Bennett, Hattiesburg, Mississippi

Steps:
- In a large bowl, add the whole package of yeast, 1 cup warm water, and 1 tsp sugar. Allow it to sit for 10 minutes so the yeast can activate and dissolve. Do not use hot water; this will kill your yeast.
- Add ¼ tsp salt and 2 tbsp oil to the yeast/water mixture.
- Add one cup of all-purpose flour, sifted at a time, and knead. The full amount of flour will vary a bit. You will use between 2 and 4 cups. You knead and keep adding flour until you get a ball of dough that holds together and is not too sticky. Too sticky? Add more flour, just a tablespoon at a time. Too dry and not forming a ball? Add more water, just a teaspoon at a time.
- Add the dough to an oiled bowl. Cover and place in a warm spot (on top of an oven that is on is a great place). The dough will rise and double in size.
- Punch down the dough and add it to either 1 cup or 2 cups Souper Cubes trays. The dough in one well of the one cup tray yields 1 pizza, approximately 12 inches or two pizzas, 6 inches each.
- Place the can of crushed tomatoes, 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp dried thyme, and 1/2 tsp dried oregano in a blender or food processor.
- Pulse a few times until the sauce is combined.
- Transfer pizza sauce to your Souper cubes tray of choice. The 1/2 cup tray works great for this!
- Add the dough, sauce, and cheese (plus any desired freezer-friendly toppings) individually to the wells of your Souper Cubes trays.
- If you just made your pizza dough, it may continue to rise. Fill the dough wells in your trays just a little shy of the fill line to allow it to rise a bit more.
- Place the trays in the freezer overnight to fully freeze.
- Allow the trays to stand on the counter for 5 minutes. This will allow the cubes to pop out much easier for you.
- Pop-out the cubes and transfer them to freezer-safe bags. Label and return back to the freezer.
- Remove your pizza kit from the freezer to thaw. It is very important to remove your pizza kit ingredient cubes from the freezer bag and place each item in a separate bowl. If you don't do this, your sauce will thaw and mix with the dough.
- Preheat your oven to 350F degrees.
- Roll each portion of dough to the desired size of pizza.
- Spoon the sauce onto the dough.
- Add desired toppings and cheeses to the pizza.
- Place on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Bake 25-30 minutes until the dough is cooked throughout; leave it in the oven for longer if you like your crust crispy.
- Pull the pizzas out of the oven and let them sit for a few minutes on their baking stone or sheet.
- Use your favorite pizza cutter or pizza tools and cut them into even slices.
- Eat your perfect pizza in the comfort of your own home!

HOMEMADE FREEZER PIZZA
Instead of buying one of those freezer pizza's that you can't really choose the toppings on why not make a few yourself and have ready in the freezer! This tried-and-true method preserves a fresh, crisp crust even through the freezing process! The secret's in the cheese; when applied to the crust before any toppings or sauce, the cheese seals the crust against the moisture in the sauce. Do not thaw before baking!

QUICK PIZZA MELTS
Pizza toppings are baked inside flaky crescent layers, and then sliced into triangles perfect for dipping in pizza sauce or ranch dressing. Our favorite dip for these melts is ranch dressing with blue cheese crumbles.
