- In a blender, combine the rum, limeade concentrate, strawberries and ice. Cover and process until smooth and thickened (use more ice for thicker daiquiris). Pour into cocktail glasses. , To garnish each daiquiri, cut a 1/2-in. slit into the tip of a strawberry; position berry on rim of glass.

- Taste and adjust sweet with more syrup, sour with lime (and booze if you dare!).

- Mash your strawberries (if they're frozen thaw them 1st) using your hand, a masher, a blender stick, etc. - to your desired consistency.
- Combine everything in an airtight container.
- Place in freezer until firm.
- Break up/Stir frozen concoction and serve as needed!
- Sometimes adding a bit more lemon-lime soda to your glass makes it just the right consistency.

- Blend the strawberries then push the resulting puree through a sieve to remove some of the seeds. Tip the sieved puree into the blender again and add the ice, rum and lime juice. Blend again and divide the mixture between 2 Martini glasses.
- Thread the lime slices and strawberry halves onto the cocktail sticks and place onto the edge of the glass, serve immediately.

- In a small bowl, combine the pretzels, sugar and butter. Press onto the bottom of a greased 11x7-in. dish. Refrigerate for 30 minutes., For filling, in a large bowl, combine milk and daiquiri mix.
