18 creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, finely crushed
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1 quart coffee ice cream, slightly softened
1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
1 cup hot fudge sauce, warmed

Steps:

  • Mix crushed cookies and butter until well blended. Press on bottom and up side of ungreased pie plate, 9x1 1/4 inches. Freeze about 15 minutes or until firm.
  • Carefully spread ice cream evenly in crust. Sprinkle with almonds. Freeze about 3 hours or until firm.
  • Remove pie from freezer about 10 minutes before serving. Serve with hot fudge sauce. Store covered in freezer.

1/4 cup hot fudge ice cream topping, warmed
1 chocolate crumb crust (9 inches)
3 cups coffee ice cream, softened
1 package (5.9 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
1/2 cup cold strong brewed coffee
1/4 cup cold 2% milk
1-3/4 cups whipped topping
1 cup marshmallow creme
1/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Spread ice cream topping into crust. In a large bowl, beat the ice cream, dry pudding mix, coffee and milk until blended; spoon into crust., In another bowl, combine the whipped topping and marshmallow creme; spread over top. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Cover and freeze until firm.

¾ cup Gevalia® Cold Brew Concentrate - House Blend, chilled
¼ cup cream of coconut
¼ teaspoon almond extract
4 large scoops vanilla ice cream
1 tablespoon whipped cream, or to taste
1 tablespoon sweetened coconut flakes
1 tablespoon slivered almonds
1 maraschino cherry

Steps:

  • Place chilled cold brew concentrate, cream of coconut, almond extract, and ice cream in a blender. Blend all ingredients just enough to mix well, 10 to 15 seconds. Pour into a large glass.
  • Top with whipped cream, sweetened coconut flakes, almond slices, and a maraschino cherry.

1 1/2 ounces lemon flavored vodka (recommended: Grey Goose Le Citron)
3/4 ounce agave nectar
1/2 ounce almond liqueur (recommended: Amarreto Disaronno)
1/2 lemon, cut in small pieces
1/2 cup ice
Lemon Zest Meringue, recipe follows
2 egg whites
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 ounce almond liqueur (recommended: Amarreto Disaronno)
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

Steps:

  • Combine ingredients in a glass and muddle, strain into a chilled martini glass, top with Lemon Zest Meringue.
  • Place egg whites in small bowl, beat on high speed for 1 minute, add in sugar, almond liqueur, and zest. Continue beating until stiff peaks form. Put on top of drink, torch with a butane torch until tips are golden, serve immediately.

1 cup canned pumpkin
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice *
1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
1 cup non-dairy frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 Keebler® Ready Crust® graham cracker pie crust

Steps:

  • 1. In large bowl stir together pumpkin, honey and spice. Stir in ice cream. Fold in whipped topping. Spread in crust. Freeze at least 4 hours or until firm.2. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before cutting. Garnish as desired. Store in freezer.*NOTE: May substitute 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger and 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves in place of pumpkin pie spice.

1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
2 tablespoons boiling water
1 milk chocolate candy bar with almonds (7 ounces)
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 pastry shell (9 inches), baked
Chocolate curls and additional whipped topping, optional

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, dissolve coffee in boiling water; set aside. In a microwave, melt candy bar; stir until smooth. Cool slightly. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Fold in coffee and remaining whipped topping. Pour into pastry shell; freeze. , Remove from the freezer 15 minutes before serving. Garnish with chocolate curls and additional whipped topping if desired.

1 cup all-purpose flour
⅛ cup baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup white sugar
1 ½ teaspoons brown sugar
1 ¼ cups shortening
1 egg
¼ cup cold water
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
3 teaspoons almond extract

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, stir together the cake flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, white sugar, and brown sugar. Cut in the shortening by pinching between your fingers or using a pastry blender, until the mixture has lumps no larger than peas. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, water, vanilla, and almond extract.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry, and mix until the dough comes together. Divide the dough into halves, pat into a ball, and flatten slightly. Wrap each one in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight before rolling out to make a crust.
