The night before she's expecting company, Jo Magic of Worth, Illinois whips together this rich creamy pie with pleasant orange flavor. "It's also refreshing made with lemonade concentrate," she recommends.

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 can (6 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)

Steps:

  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth. Beat in orange juice concentrate. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Cover and freeze for up to 3 months.

3 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 teaspoon orange zest
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
2 ½ cups confectioners' sugar
¾ cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese, butter or margarine, orange peel, and orange juice until creamy. Beat in confectioner's sugar until blended and smooth.
  • Spread about 1 1/2 teaspoons on each cooled cookie. Sprinkle with walnuts.
  • Let icing set 1 to 2 hours. Refrigerate in an airtight container with waxed paper between layers up to 1 week.

2 cups orange sherbet, softened
1 (8 ounce) package Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup orange juice
1 (8 ounce) tub Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed

Steps:

  • Line 9x5-inch loaf pan with foil. Spread sherbet onto bottom of prepared pan to form even layer. Freeze 10 min. Beat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually add condensed milk and juice, beating until blended. Whisk in COOL WHIP; spread over sherbet in pan. Freeze at least 3 hours. To unmold, invert pan onto plate; remove foil.

1 cup boiling water
2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened

Steps:

  • Dissolve 1 package Jell-O Orange gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.
  • Gradually add 2 cups softened vanilla ice cream, stirring with wire whisk until well blended.
  • Spoon evenly into 4 dessert cups; refrigerate 20 minutes or until chilled.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
1 teaspoon orange zest, grated
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
4 cups confectioners' sugar
1/4 teaspoon orange food coloring

Steps:

  • Blend the cream cheese, butter, orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla in a large bowl, using an electric mixer set at medium speed, until smooth.
  • Add the sugar and continue to beat until light and creamy -- about 3 more minutes.
  • Add the food coloring and gently stir until the color is uniform.
  • Chill the frosting until ready to ice the cupcakes or cake.

Here's a cool and frosty make-ahead way to get your java fix. It's ready in the freezer for just when you need it.

2 cups crushed vanilla wafer cookies (50 cookies)
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
3 cups whipping cream
4 teaspoons instant espresso or regular coffee granules
2 tablespoons hot water
2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
2 cans (14 oz each) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1 cup frozen (thawed) orange juice concentrate
2/3 cup chocolate-flavored syrup

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. In small bowl, mix crushed cookies and butter. In bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch pan, press mixture firmly and evenly. Bake about 10 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in chilled large bowl, beat whipping cream with electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form; set aside. In small bowl, stir espresso granules into hot water until dissolved; set aside.
  • In large bowl, beat cream cheese on medium speed until smooth. Beat in milk until blended. Spoon 1 cup cream cheese mixture into small bowl; stir in orange juice concentrate and 1 cup of the whipped cream.
  • Stir coffee mixture and chocolate syrup into remaining cream cheese mixture until smooth. Fold in remaining whipped cream. Pour chocolate mixture over crust. Drop orange mixture by spoonfuls over chocolate mixture; swirl mixtures with knife.
  • Freeze at least 3 hours until firm. For servings, cut into 5 rows by 3 rows.
