COOKIE DOUGH BROWNIES
We took all the best shortcuts to make this the easiest, most delicious recipe for cookie dough brownies you've ever had! While the whole recipe will take a couple hours to bake and be ready to serve, this cookie dough brownie recipe only takes about 15 minutes to prep. Start by mixing up Betty Crocker™ salted caramel brownie mix, a package of refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough and top it all with Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy chocolate frosting. Instead of enjoying a tasty brownie and cookie dough separately, mix them together for your new favorite dessert.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Grease bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan with shortening or cooking spray. (See Kitchen Tip regarding disposable foil pan.) Set caramel pouch from brownie mix aside. In large bowl, stir brownie mix, water, oil and egg with spoon until well blended. Spread half of batter in pan.
- Break cookie dough into small pieces. Sprinkle pieces evenly over brownie batter in pan; lightly press into batter. Squeeze pouch of caramel from brownie mix to soften. Cut 1/4-inch tip from corner of pouch; squeeze caramel between pieces of cookie dough, using entire pouch. Spoon remaining brownie batter over caramel and cookie dough.
- Bake 34 to 38 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely, about 1 1/2 hours.
- Frost with chocolate frosting. For brownies, cut into 8 rows by 6 rows.

- Set the pints of Coconutmilk frozen dessert on the counter to soften.
- Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper. Combine cookie crumbs with the vegan butter.
- Press the crust mixture flat in the pan and chill for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Once the Chocolate frozen dessert is soft, pour it onto the cookie crust and smooth flat; freeze for about 15 to 20 minutes, until the surface is firm again.
- Repeat this with the Gluten-free Cookie Dough frozen dessert.
- Top the cake with CocoWhip and freeze for at least 2 hours before garnishing with chopped cookies and mini-chocolate chips.

- Remove yogurt from freezer and allow to soften while preparing crust. In a large bowl, combine brownie mix and water. , Press two-thirds of the brownie mixture into a greased 9-in. round springform pan; set aside. , Place yogurt in a large bowl. - Line a 9x9 inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
- To make the cookie dough layer beat the butter and sugar until it is light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract and beat again until smooth.
- Add the flour and baking soda, mix until combined.
- Add the chocolate chips, fold into the cookie dough.
- Transfer the cookie dough into prepared baking pan. Use your hands to press it down into an even layer. Put the pan into the freezer for 20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
- To make the brownie layer, melt the butter and the chocolate in 30 second bursts in the microwave, stirring well each time. It will take approximately 1-2 minutes.
- Add the eggs and sugars into a large mixing bowl and whisk them until they are thick and frothy.
- Pour the melted chocolate, butter mixture and vanilla extract into the bowl while stirring. Stir until combined.
- Add the flour, salt and cocoa powder. Fold into the mixture gently taking care not to over mix.
- Take the cold cookie layer out of the freezer. Arrange 16 Oreos on top of the cookie base then pour over the brownie mixture. Use a spatula to spread out the brownie batter into an even layer.
- Sprinkle the chopped Oreos and chocolate chips over the top.
- Bake in the center of the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out mostly clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for a couple of hours before removing and slicing into 16 equal squares.
- Serve as is or with vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of melted chocolate.

- Preheat the oven to 350°. To make the brownie layer, combine sugar, flour, cocoa and salt. Add oil, eggs and vanilla. Beat for about 3 minutes. Pour batter into a greased 9X13 pan for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely before adding the cookie dough layer on top.
- To make the cookie dough layer, you'll need to heat the flour first so that it is safe to consume raw. This is easy to do! Just spread the flour out on a cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 5 minutes. Let it cool while you start to mix up the cookie dough batter.
- Beat the butter and sugars together for 2-3 minutes and then add the milk and vanilla. Beat for another minute and then mix in the flour & chocolate chips until the dough is well mixed. Spread the cookie dough evenly over the cooled brownies.
- For the top chocolate layer, put the chocolate chips and shortening in a glass bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir and then microwave for another 30 seconds. Stir until completely melted and smooth and then spread evenly over the cookie dough layer.

- Preheat the oven to 350F degrees and spray a 9"x 13" baking pan with non-stick spray or line it with parchment and set it aside.
- Mix the brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil and water together in a bowl and set aside.
- Press the cookie dough into the pan in an even layer. Next, add a layer of the Oreo cookies (you'll need to cut some down to fit)
- Finally, pour on the brownie batter and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center of the brownies.
- Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
