No bake & pretty easy to prep. The only down fall is it will need to freeze about 6 hours before eating. But it's well worth the wait & kids love it too.

Oreo cookie pie crust
1 1/4 cups finely crushed Oreo cookies (regular or double stuff)
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
8 ounces cream cheese
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
2/3 cup chocolate syrup
2 tablespoons instant coffee
1 tablespoon hot water
1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Steps:

  • Crust: In a small bowl, combine cookie crumbs, sugar & butter. Mix well. Press mixture in a 9in. spring-form or a 13x9 inch pan. Pat evenly to cover all sides and bottom. Place in freezer.
  • Filling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add milk & chocolate syrup. Beat until smooth. In small bowl, dissolve coffee in water. Add to cream cheese mixture & stir well. Fold in whipped cream. Pour filling into chilled pan. Cover & freeze for 6 hours. Sprinkle with additional cookie crumbs.

CRUST:
1-1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
2 tablespoons sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
FILLING:
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
2/3 cup chocolate syrup
1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
1 teaspoon hot water
1 cup whipped cream

Steps:

  • Combine crust ingredients. Press into the bottom of a 9-in. springform pan; set aside. , For filling, beat cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Gradually add milk and syrup. Dissolve coffee in water; add to bowl. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into crust; freeze at least 6 hours.

8 ounces package cream cheese, softened
14 ounces Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)
2/3 cup chocolate flavored syrup
2 tablespoons instant coffee
1 teaspoon hot water
1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Steps:

  • In small bowl, combine crumbs, sugar and margarine.
  • In buttered 9-inch springform pan or 13- by 9-inch baking dish, pat crumbs firmly on bottom and up sides of pan.
  • Chill.
  • In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy; add Eagle Brand and chocolate syrup.
  • In small bowl, dissolve coffee in water; add to Eagle Brand mixture.
  • Mix well.
  • Fold in whipped cream.
  • Pour into prepared pan.
  • Cover.
  • Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
  • Garnish with additional chocolate crumbs if desired. Return leftovers to freezer.

8 ounces cold brew coffee
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons vanilla instant pudding powder
1/4 cup dark chocolate syrup, plus more for topping
1/4 cup white chocolate syrup, plus more for topping
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup half-and-half
Canned whipped cream, for topping
1 tablespoon shaved chocolate, for topping

Steps:

  • To a blender, add the coffee, vanilla extract, pudding powder, chocolate syrups, chocolate chips and half-and-half. Add 1 cup ice and blend until incorporated and to your desired consistency.
  • Pour into your preferred glass and top with whipped cream. Drizzle with the syrups and top with the shaved chocolate.

1 1/2 cups chilled very strong brewed coffee or espresso, or coffee concentrate, recipe follows
1 cup whole milk, or more to taste
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips, plus more for topping if desired!
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup chocolate syrup, plus more for drizzling
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup half-and-half, optional
Whipped cream, for serving
1 pound ground coffee (a good, rich roast)

Steps:

  • Add the coffee, milk, chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate syrup and vanilla to a blender. Top off the blender with ice and blend until smooth and icy, with tiny chocolate bits throughout. (Add some half-and-half if you'd like it to be a little richer and creamier.)
  • Serve in glasses with whipped cream on top, and drizzle the whipped cream with chocolate syrup or dot with more chocolate chips.
  • In a large container, mix the ground coffee with 32 cups (8 quarts) cold water. Cover and allow to sit at room temperature 8 hours or overnight.
  • Line a fine-mesh strainer with cheesecloth and set over a pitcher or other container. Pour the coffee/water mixture through the strainer, allowing all the liquid to run through. Discard the grounds. Place the coffee liquid in the fridge to chill. Use as needed.

FILLING:
2 tablespoons plus 1-1/2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
1 tablespoon hot water
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1-1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 large eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips, melted and cooled
GLAZE:
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
3 tablespoons butter
Chocolate-covered coffee beans, optional

Steps:

  • Place a greased 9-in. springform pan on a double thickness of heavy-duty foil (about 18 in. square). Securely wrap foil around pan. , In a small bowl, mix cookie crumbs and butter; press onto the bottom of prepared pan. In another bowl, mix the coffee granules, hot water and cinnamon; set aside. , In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs; beat on low speed just until combined. , Divide batter in half. Stir melted chocolate into one portion; pour over crust. Stir coffee mixture into the remaining batter; spoon over chocolate layer. Place springform pan in a large baking pan; add 1 in. of hot water to larger pan. , Bake at 325° for 60-65 minutes or until center is just set and top appears dull. Remove springform pan from water bath; remove foil. Cool cheesecake on a wire rack for 10 minutes; loosen sides from pan with a knife. Cool 1 hour longer. Refrigerate overnight., Remove rim from pan. For glaze, in a microwave, melt chocolate chips and butter; stir until smooth. Spread over cheesecake. Top with coffee beans if desired.

1-1/4 cups confectioners' sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup baking cocoa
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Dash salt
1/2 cup butter, melted
FILLING:
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon hot water
2 to 3 teaspoons instant coffee granules
Chocolate-covered coffee beans and whipped topping, optional

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients; sir in butter. Press onto the bottom and 1 in. up the sides of a greased 9-in. springform pan. Place pan on a baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are browned. Cool on a wire rack., In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until smooth. Add eggs, beating on low speed just until combined. In a small bowl, combine water and coffee granules; let stand for 1 minute. Add to the creamed mixture; beat just until mixed. Pour into crust. Return pan to baking sheet., Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Carefully run a knife around edge of pan to loosen; cool 1 hour longer. Refrigerate overnight. , Remove sides of pan. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before cutting. If desired, top with chocolate-covered coffee beans and whipped topping. 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
11 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup chocolate flavored syrup
1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
1 teaspoon hot water
1 cup whipping cream

Steps:

  • For crust: Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in crumbs, sugar and cocoa.
  • Reserve 1/2 cup. Press remaining crumbs into ungreased 9 inch springform pan, bottom and sides. (I use my 8x8 Pyrex dish and just put the crumbs on the bottom.).
  • For filling: Beat cheese until fluffy.
  • Beat in milk and syrup.
  • Dissolve coffee in water; add to cheese mixture.
  • In a separate bowl, beat cream until stiff. Fold into cheese batter.
  • Pour into prepared pan and scatter reserved crumbs over top.
  • Freeze at least 8 hours before serving.
