3/4 cup creamy peanut butter, divided
35 vanilla wafers, finely crushed (about 1 cup)
1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
2 Tbsp. chocolate syrup

Steps:

  • Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Microwave butter and 1/4 cup peanut butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 40 sec. or until butter is completely melted; stir until blended. Add wafer crumbs and nuts; mix well. Press onto bottom of prepared pan.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar and remaining peanut butter in large bowl with mixer until blended. Gently stir in COOL WHIP; spoon over crust.
  • Drizzle with syrup; swirl with knife. Freeze 3 hours or until firm. Use foil handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting to serve.

1 cup creamy peanut butter
16 oz whipped topping, divided
graham cracker, as needed
hard shell chocolate sauce, as desired
1 cup crushed peanuts
rainbow sprinkle
mini chocolate chip
12 jars jam jar

Steps:

  • In a large mixing bowl beat together powdered sugar, cream cheese, and peanut butter.
  • Fold in half of the whipped topping.
  • Crush half a graham cracker into the bottom or a jam jar.
  • Drizzle a layer off hard shell over the graham cracker (this will firm up and act as a barrier to ensure the graham crackers stay crunchy).
  • Spoon in the peanut butter pie mixture, filling the jam jar ¾ of the way.
  • Top off with whipped topping and additional toppings to your liking.
  • Chill the jars in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Enjoy!

Frozen Peanut Butter Pie With Chocolate Crust image

Taken from my favorite peanut butter desserts folder. This pie has to be frozen at least 7 hours before slicing. Just a tip, remove from freezer just before fully frozen, then slice with a sharp knife, and return to freezer to freeze completely, it's a lot easier then slicing it when it is completely frozen. To save time, beat the whipping cream well in advance and refrigerate until ready to use for this recipe. The peanut butter/cream cheese mixer is quite thick, so if you have a stand mixer I suggest to use it for this. Peanut butter lovers will love this pie!

1 chocolate cookie pie crust (store-bought or you can make your own chocolate crust)
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup creamy peanut butter (do not use home made for this)
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup sugar
1 3/4 cups whipped cream (measure 1-3/4 cups before whipping)
5 Cadbury Crispy Crunch bars (use full-size bars for this) or 5 butterfinger candy bars, finely chopped (use full-size bars for this)

Steps:

  • In a medium size bowl using a electric mixer, beat 1-3/4 cups whipping cream until very stiff peaks form; then refrigerate while making the rest of the pie.
  • In another bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, vanilla and 1 cup sugar until very smooth (about 5-6 minutes, the mixture will be thick).
  • Gently FOLD in the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
  • Spoon the filling into prepared crust.
  • Sprinkle the chopped chocolate bars over the peanut butter/cream filling.
  • Place in the freezer until very firm (about 7 hours).

Really easy to make and everyone loves it. I received a few pieces of this from my friend - had to have the recipe! It is really more of a pie but can be cut in squares (like a bar). Must be refrigerated. Makes one 9x13 pan or two 8-inch pies.

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
3/4 cup butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups milk
1 (4 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
8 ounces frozen whipped topping

Steps:

  • Mix crust ingredients and press into a 9x13 greased baking pan (or use 2 8-inch pie pans). Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Remove and cool.
  • Microwave peanut butter and butter until soft, mix until well blended. Stir in powdered sugar until soft dough forms. Carefully spread over cooled crust.
  • In small bowl, mix milk and pudding mix. Spread over peanut butter layer. Chill until firm, several hours or overnight.
  • Top with whipped topping. Garnish with shaved chocolate, if desired.
  • May substitute pre-made graham cracker crust if desired.

1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chilled whipping cream
1 purchased 6-ounce chocolate cookie pie crust

Steps:

  • Blend powdered sugar, peanut butter, cream cheese and vanilla in processor until smooth, occasionally scraping down sides of work bowl. Transfer mixture to large bowl. Beat cream in medium bowl to soft peaks. Fold cream into peanut butter mixture in 2 additions. Spoon peanut butter filling into crust and smooth top. Freeze pie until filling is firm, at least 3 hours. (Can be prepared 1 week ahead. Cover and keep frozen. Let stand room temperature 20 minutes before serving.)

½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup peanut butter chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter together in a bowl until cracker crumbs are moistened. Press evenly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, about 7 minutes.
