FROZEN GINGER-RASPBERRY MARGARITA

Steps:

• Moisten rim of 1 cocktail glass with lime wedge. If desired, sprinkle sugar on a plate; dip rim in sugar. In a blender, add tequila, ginger liqueur, raspberry liqueur, lime juice and raspberries. Puree until smooth; pour into prepared glass. Garnish with lime wedge and, if desired, crystalized ginger and raspberries.

FROZEN RASPBERRY MARGARITA

Steps:

• pour tequila, sting's sour raspberry schnapps, limeade into blender.
• Add ice cubes until about 2 inches from top and blend all together.
• serve in an unsalted glass (already has a little bit of a salt flavor).
• Note: You can add a wedge of lime to the glass if desired.

RASPBERRY MARGARITAS

Steps:

• In a blender, combine frozen raspberries, lemon juice, tequila, Gran Marnier, Chambord and ice and blend until smooth. Pour sugar onto a small plate. Wet the rim of 4 margarita glasses. Dip the rim in the sugar. Pour the raspberry margaritas into the prepared glasses.

FROZEN RASPBERRY MARGARITAS

Steps:

• Blend raspberries, tequila, orange juice, lemon juice, orange liqueur, superfine sugar, and mint leaves in a blender until smooth. Add ice cubes individually, crushing each one before adding the next. Pour into chilled cocktail glasses to serve.
