CREAMY FRUIT DELIGHT

Steps:

• In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in the baby food, ginger and nutmeg. Stir in the pie filling, fruit cocktail, oranges and pineapple. Fold in whipped topping, marshmallows and nuts. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

COOL FRUIT DELIGHT

Steps:

• Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter until crumbly.
• Press into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan.
• Combine marshmallows, fruit cocktail and sour cream and pour over graham cracker crust.
• Chill until set.

FRUIT DELIGHT

Steps:

• Drain oranges, reserving the liquid.
• In a large bowl, combine oranges, strawberries, bananas, and apples.
• Add the liquid from the oranges. Toss.
• Cover and chill for 1 hour.
• Add in the marshmallows. Toss gently.
• Serve immediately.

Steps:

• 1.In a blender, combine the first eight ingredients. Cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with whipped topping if desired. Serve immediately.

FROZEN FRUIT DELIGHT

Steps:

• Place contents of one frozen mixed fruit package in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave, uncovered, at 50% power for 1 minute. Repeat with remaining mixed fruit., In a blender, place half of the fruit, yogurt, banana and sugar; cover and process until smooth (mixture will be thick). Transfer to serving dishes. Repeat. Serve immediately or freeze for up to 4 hours.

FRUIT DELIGHT SALAD

Steps:

• Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add soda, pineapple and bananas. Spoon into a 13 x 9-inch glass dish chill until set. Combine reserved juice with water to equal 3/4 cup blend with sugar, flour and egg in a small saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick. Cool completely. Fold in whipped cream spread over gelatin layer. Top with Cheddar cheese and sprinkle with optional Parmesan. Chill 3 to 4 hours.
