2 orange slices
2 cups cranberry-raspberry juice
12 ounces club soda or 12 ounces seltzer water, chilled
1 sprig mint (to garnish)

Steps:

Cut each orange slice in half and put one piece on each of 4 tall glasses.
Pour ½ cup cran-raspberry juice into each glass and fill with club soda. Garnish with mint.

This delicious berry spritzer cocktail is the perfect summer drink.

Ingredients

3 cups blackberries
1 cup raspberries
1/2 cup Simple Syrup for Mixed Drinks
1/2 cup white grape juice
1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
Ice, for serving (optional)
Seltzer or sparkling wine, chilled
Patriotic fruit skewers, for garnish (optional)

Steps:

Place blackberries, raspberries, simple syrup, grape juice, and lemon juice in the jar of a blender; puree until smooth. Strain mixture through a fine mesh sieve, discarding solids.
Fill 8 Collins glasses with ice, if using. Divide mixture evenly between glasses; top with seltzer or wine and serve immediately garnished with fruit skewers, if desired.

1 liter ginger ale, chilled
1/4 cup maraschino cherry juice
Optional: Orange wedges and maraschino cherries

Steps:

In a 2-qt. pitcher, mix orange juice, ginger ale and cherry juice. Serve over ice. If desired, top servings with orange wedges and cherries.

1 cup apple juice
1 cup pink grapefruit juice
1 cup white wine
2 cups club soda

Steps:

In a large pitcher combine all of the ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon. Fill tall glasses with ice and fill with Spritzers.
